Awesome plates and awesome service.

Ordered old Audi style dealer plates - well chuffed and really finish the car off. You are sent a sample before you go ahead so you can make sure they are what you want. Highly recommended..

I was hesitant looking at some of the reviews but took what I thought was a gamble.

Great Communication, Custom design produced, shipped and recieved in no time.

They were also superbly packaged....

Only issue I did have was the courier left them outside my offices on bank holiday risking them been there for 4 days!

Delivered the wrong plates! I was sent someone elses plates by accident, mistakes happen. Trying to get hold of anyone is like trying to talk to the pope. Sent 2 emails and tried to contact someone on the webchat, no response at all. They dont answer phones apparently so dont even try.

Had several plates purchased from ProPlates. The last set were ordered on the Monday and delivered on Saturday. Bearing in mind it was free postage 6 days is perfectly acceptable. When you take into account the prices, including personal design, ProPlates gives exceptioal value. Some companies charge twice the price and even then charge for delivery on top

I ordered a plate on the website on the 10/03/2026, i have not received any updated on the order it just says confirmed, the delivery dates on the website says 3-5 days, they have the worst customer service going, no phone number to contact, only an AI chat bot and when you get through to a person it isnt a person at all you just leave a message for someone to get back to you on, WHICH NO ONE EVER DOES, there is no way to cancel the order, so i am now having to speak with my bank to get the transaction raised as fraudulent as no cares to reply to you, stay far away from this company. I recently bought a brand new car, it looks amazing, however the dealer supplied number plates were awful, the printing was missing in places, and there was a bubble in the front one.
Being an enthusiast, and wanting to keep the originality of the car, I had some replacements made by pro plates.
They sent a proof copy, which was very good, I asked for a slight change to the lettering, which they did, then sent a second proof image.
I then asked for a slight change to the border, which they quickly did, then sent a third proof copy, which was perfect.
I received the plates a few days later, and am delighted with them, comparing them to the originals, even I couldn’t tell the difference, save for the poor printing and bubble on the originals.
I cannot praise this company enough, if you want to recreate an exact copy of a dealer plate, or are just particular about detail, like me, then this company is the one stop shop to get exactly what you want.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they are that good!!.

Avoid don’t waste your money.

Ordered front plate 6 days ago. And express delivery. No order update, no Communication I’ve sent two emails and tried via their ‘what’s app’ quite frankly pathetic.

And I'm not surprised our economy is going down the drain when companies can’t do the basics and communicate with their consumer over such a simple matter.

I’ll be complaining to trading standards if I don’t get a response within 7 days.

Tracking shows the item was unable to be collected, contacted twice in the week following, replying to an email from their sales@ address regarding order update and then refund.
Eventually received a response showing my email had been marked as spam, assured me the order was passed to RM, despite tracking showing the parcel was unavailable for collection.
No further contact received despite replying to ongoing email chain. Shoddy customer service. First time customer, came on recommendation, wont be back again and will be passing on my experience.

Prior to that seemed to be good and doing due diligence on order accuracy. Shame the after sales service is so shambolic.

Arrived promptly and as ordered. Nice and clean. Was recommended them by a friend and would happily use them again.
Worth noting most of their negative reviews on here are down to the delivery company.

Ordered some stick on plates and the online system used my old address, I emailed them within 1 minutes of the order being placed to correct it, the company don't get back to you, customer service is non excistant, don't buy from them shabby outfit,

Excellent service. Recreated the original dealer plate for a 1997 motorcycle. The bike was a stolen recovery, and the plate was badly damaged, so from photographs of what was left, and clues provided it looks like new.

I have been looking to have the original plates on my classic Renault remade and was worried about replacements not being the same. I decided to use ProPlates and I am delighted with them. They made a few changes to the original design without any hesitation and the product is excellent. Very pleased!

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake on my order and was contacted to ask if it what I really wanted. I then knew I had made an error and replied with relevant information. Sorted ! I would defo recommend proplates for due diligence and forward thinking. Definitely use them again and definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Theyve replied below, but then send me an email saying until they have an image showing their batch code, which was sent last Wednesday, and confirmed as received, that they will not proceed.

This company don't know what day it is let alone how to deal with a very simple dispute. The items defective, I require a refund, offered to return last Monday, still ongoing. Received no freepost label, address, or return instructions, and all correspondence to prove. Just a response here full of lies.

Bought from these for years without issue, this set came with gel lettering peeling off. Contacted immediately on delivery and sent images.
4 days later I get a reply saying this doesn't happen to their plates. Asking for full images, sent full images but angled so you could see peeling.
Another 2.days later says they're not their plates the can't see their unique ref on them.
Another set of images and another 2 days, now that they've been proven as theirs they say return them rather than just refund. Bearing in mind I already asked 5 days prior to return for refund.
Live chat DOES NOT RESPOND. NO PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL REPLIES EVERY 24-48 HOURS.

NOT INTERESTED I RESOLVING, BUT £51.99 NOT CHEAP, AND THEY ARRIVED DAMAGED.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

I decided to get my front bumper resprayed due to a few stone chips and it seemed like a good opportunity to get the holes filled from the traditional number plate and try a sticker plate. I looked at a few different websites and Pro Plates seemed to be the most simplified. I placed the order last Thursday, paid for delivery within 1-2 business days and it arrived today which is Monday. The plate itself was very easy to apply, I was wary that air bubbles might be an issue but it was very easy to fit and I’m extremely happy with the result. I would definitely recommend to others.

The team replied instantly and were helpful and patient when I had issues with SVGs on my end.

I recommend using them and I will use them in future.

Pro plates made up a new dealer sticker and reg plates to match for my Alfa GTV. The only examples I had of the sticker and plates were poor versions off the internet, but pro plates managed to re-create new ones, perfectly.
