We would like to provide some clarity regarding this situation.
Your order was manufactured and shipped, with a delay due to the Christmas shutdown. During this period, we responded to all of your emails — including during the holiday closure — to ensure you were kept updated.
Despite our communication, you repeatedly posted negative comments across all our social platforms and posts within minutes of emailing us, at all hours, before we had the opportunity to respond.
You then requested to cancel the order due to the delay. We contacted the courier to have the shipment returned, as it was still in transit and as soon as it was on its way back to us, we issued a full refund.
After we restricted your access to our social pages due to the consistent disruptive behaviour and reviews, you then moved on to posting further negative reviews on Google and Trustpilot. These continued even after the order was fully refunded and the matter had been resolved.
Your order was refunded in full as requested, and from our side, this matter was dealt with and closed.
We are now working on getting these reviews removed!
