Problo are a con website. The items never turn up, excuse after excuse. I had to go to my bank to get my money back.

I’ve been using Pro Blo for over 5 years and it’s my always go to for big bouncy blow drys. It’s the best!

It honestly gives a professional standard blow dry and it’s so easy to use.

I love blow drying my hair with pro blo and leaving it in whilst I do my make up.

I couldn’t recommend this brand enough!

Edit- as stated previously I would update my status once I received my order. I finally did receive them and would like to thank Kristin for keeping me updated. I have changed my score to 4 stars solely based on the fact that I am enjoying using the brushes, they were everything that hoped they would be,it was just the delivery and lack of communication initially that was poor.

I would love to know when people are receiving their orders. I ordered on 24th Sept and told end of October, now being told it’s another 2 weeks away. Yet also on the website its order and dispatch in 3 weeks. I feel as is they are just taking in as much money as possible and fobbing everyone off.

Update- in response to your reply I never received any phone call from your company nor any recent email update and still continue to wait. If I ever receive my items I will post a review again solely based on the product but I shan’t hold my breath.

Bought these last Xmas for my daughter and she absolutely loves them.. Staff were very helpful helping me choose what sizes to order.. Highly recommend them and the company 😊

Love these brushes! Ended up buying an extra set as my hair is long. They give a lovely salon bounce, can’t believe how effective they are! Second time lucky; dried hair to 80% then used the brushes to finish the blow dry, then rolled them up and left to cool. They don’t work as well when left in damp. Once I got the hang of it I was really pleased with the result.

My order was a preorder, was supposed to be shipped in 5 weeks but they took longer to restock. When my parcel was sent it was lost and tracking never worked. I thought it was a scam. I emailed back and forth and they promptly sent me a new shipment.

I ordered this when it was on pre-order because I neeeeeded it. It arrived within 4 weeks which was fine because I was told this at checkout. I love it hair looks great, the customer service team helped me choose the right barrel size which was really kind. I ordered again last week for my granddaughter and it arrive right the next day. As a trained hairdresser I find the brushes easy to use and very effective in achieving a professional result
I also have to mention the silk pillowcase that I take everywhere …

I’ve been looking for a hair styling product that was easy to use myself to create bouncy natural looking curls and Problo is by far the best out there. I wouldn’t use anything else now. I went for the limited edition bundle and the silk pillowcase that comes with it is a must have too - my hair and skin feel so soft. Great customer service when I was asking for some advice and fast delivery. P
