There are too many requirements and responsibilities placed on the worker, especially considering the heavy deliveries and physically demanding nature of the job. The workload is high, but the compensation is only £13 per hour, which does not feel fair for the amount of work and effort required. The pay should better reflect the demands and responsibilities of the role.
