Communication about delivery was excellent. Iulian my driver rang half an hour before delivery and arrived promptly. He was courteous and friendly and installed our product with advice and took all packaging away. Thanks Iulian.

Very clear and consistent communication by text and email about delivery date and times for my tumble dryer, Julian called 30 mins before delivery, arrived on time, very helpful, unpackaged my tumble dryer and placed in situ, tested it worked. The delivery was pre notified and on time. Kuldip and his colleague were friendly and helpful and quickly set about unpacking and installing the fridge freezer we'd ordered. Advice was provided about when to use before the crew left.

Really polite, professional, considerate guys who treated my new fridge freezer with great care. Particular call out for Ryan who was friendly and enthusiastic despite it being a 7am delivery and having had to drive 2 hours to get to me!

Zack and Jason were brilliant and professional. Called me when they were nearby, installed and checked the machine carefully and made sure everything was alright before leaving it in my care. Excellent service.

SteveT called to let me know when they'd arrive. Steve and Declan then removed my old fridge freezer and brought in the new one. Unpacked and waste taken AWAY. New one put in place without any drama.
Perfect delivery and all done in 20 mins.
