SCAM, DO. NOT. BUY.

Fake reviews, fake facebook followers, fake shipping company. The fake ShipBull website was created specifically for this scam to work, so they may APPEAR legit, but theyre certainly not. Yes they will reply to this how they are apologetic, and how they "take this very seriously", but please don't fall for this.. I know it looks tasty to buy an rtx 5090 for 2k, but its just not possible. Not a single person has received their order, all of the shipping updates are the same for everyone, same times, same locations, but the item never arrives. Do. not. buy.

My order Huawei Luna 3500eur is in…

My order Huawei Luna 3500eur is in transit for over 2 months now. Can't reach anyone on the customer suppport phone. Email support blame shipping company for not delivering.
I am reporting to the authorities.

After promise it will be delivered until Friday 23.5.2025, nothing happend package still "In transint in Poland", I am requesting full refund under European Union law, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
I will update this post whether it will be solved.

Update: product never came, they are sending the money back over week now. So 100% fraud. Be aware!

Beware of this

Beware of this! It's a scam! They are not reachable at all! No one on the phone! They use a fake shipping service called "shipbull" to stall your reaction! Ordered a RTX 5090 and never got it! I informed the authorities and also some friends in spain to deal with it. They don't refund the money!

They always copy and paste the same reactions here. After a long "transport" from Helsinki the card now after nearly 2 months of a super slow transport is still marked as "in transit" in Poland since 4 Weeks! I brought this to their attention already but nothing happens! It is fraud! They don't exist! It's a big lie!

It's all automated. They setup a telephone system but it's not possible to reach anyone. Contact is only via e-mail.

The positive reviews here are all fake!

Failed Delivery and Unclear Refund Process

I ordered a "Aorus RTX 5090 Master Ice" from Progop (Campos Tech Import S.L.) on March 20, 2025. According to EU law, delivery should occur within 30 days, expiring on April 19. Unfortunately, the package never arrived.

Customer support was quick to respond but provided inconsistent and confusing information. They used an unknown shipping service called ShipBull, making independent tracking impossible. Although support promised a refund due to non-delivery, no clear refund timeline or further details have been provided as of today.

For comparison, I've ordered several items from the US and China, all of which typically arrived within around 7 working days. In contrast, Progop failed to deliver a simple package from Finland even after more than a month.

If the refund isn't processed by May 3, it would strongly indicate fraudulent practices. I will update this review on that final day, and if I don't receive the refund, it will confirm that this company is 100% a scam. Buyers should proceed with caution.

Update: As of today (03.05.2025), no refund has been issued, and no transaction details have been provided despite repeated requests. This confirms my suspicion: Progop is operating fraudulently. I have filed formal complaints with EU consumer protection agencies and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Be careful, it seems a scam. The website has unbeateble prices on technology items but:
It is not possible to pay with PayPal. Orders below €1000 are strangely not accepted. All reviews are from accounts with only one review . The company and its Facebook profile is only one year old with zero interactions. Stay away!"

Scam alert

Scam alert! They claim to sell high-end hardware like the RTX 5090 at unbeatable prices, but it’s all a lie. Their company CamposTech Import S.L. is newly registered, yet they pretend to have massive stock and long history.

The site looks professional, but it’s full of red flags:

No PayPal support (only risky payment methods)
Fake courier service (ShipBull) with no legal company info
Unrealistic pricing and availability
Website breaks if you try to order anything under €1000
Their listed address doesn’t match any real businesses. This is a highly polished scam. Stay far away.

We do not stock these products in our warehouse, nor have we ever claimed otherwise. Our inventory reflects real-time supplier availability, a common industry practice that allows us to maintain competitive pricing and a broad product selection.
Concerning payment methods, our suppliers require confirmed payment verification through their ERP systems. At this time, PayPal is not recognized as a confirmed payment method by our partners, which limits our ability to process orders with this option. However, we are actively working on integrating PayPal and hope to offer it soon.

I was shopping at progop for a sony…

I was shopping at progop for a sony ht-a9 wireless home theater system since the price was very attractive and the product was marked as "in stock" on their website. Since the paid shipping option was nearly €100 for my address in Estonia free shipping was a much convinient option for me hoping the order will arrive on tine in the new year's eve. I have received my order today January 3rd which is not bad for free shipping but not on time either! I am giving 4* for progop right now as I consider their premium shipping option should have a better fee.

This is our first time using this company as they were the only supplier in Europe having a 17" 12G-SDI 8K professional video production monitor in stock. The customer service was really helpful and knowledgeable. Owerall it was a very smooth and easy purchase. Happy to recommend!

Shipping is expensive and slow! I waited two weeks to receive my order. They charged me 124€ to have my huawei luna battery shipped in UK. I'm giving 4* just for the battery price and warm customer service. I recommend a faster shipping service...

Outstanding customer support and absolutely great experience! Best price anywhere for a conversion filter. Sales person I interacted with was helpfull and faultless to all of my questions.
