Top-Notch Packaging!

Although my order was delayed a bit, I must say their packaging of the 2 bottles of shampoo was too-notch! Multiple layers of packaging, including a very sturdy box. Now I have my longtime favorite shampoo (Aquage) again!

Don’t bother wasting your time. Scammers.

I found my favourite conditioner on sale here. I was so excited I bought 2 bottles. A week later I get an email telling me my order was CANCELLED AT MY REQUEST. no such thing happened… I have been looking for it one sale everywhere for months. It took 2 emails of me asking what the heck is going on for me to get a bs reply of it was damaged in the warehouse and they are now waiting for more to come in. Funny, I can buy a bottle online right now, for $25 more each. I asked if they would honour the price I paid and send my 2 bottles “when their shipment comes in”. 3 emails from me later, no answer. They screwed up the pricing online and this is their way of dealing with it.

Don’t reward these jerks by buying anything from them. Millions of online stores to pick from. Pick another one.

Scammers

I paid for a hair trimmers from these guys. They seem to have sent it to a different city. Then they stopped answering their emails and messages from me when I asked for a refund. They are scammers. Plenty of other places to buy your hair equipment, these guys will take your money and run.

This is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Since then, we've implemented address verification at checkout and completely restructured our customer service to ensure every inquiry receives a timely response.
