If product damaged it’s your problem
Ordered a product that is not launched here. Received a call from them to confirm order. It was sent via COD King. The product arrived leaking and with the packaging damaged. For skincare it’s not worth worrying whether the product has been tampered with. Prokare washed their hands off the matter. COD King is not responding to any queries or calls. Not surprised. Just disgusted. Hope the 3k they made was worth it. 🤝

Hi genesia as explained all the parcels are insured with respective courier compamy and hence we very claery state on our website post purchase as well that "Do not recive a tampered or broken parcel" as once recieved our claim on courier comapny gets null & void and hence we wont be able to help.

The worst experience I ever had in online purchase. Never ever buy the products from these people. Either they will send you fale products or they will send expired ones and you won't even get return or refund for the product. They will just scam you. Please don't even try once ordering from these guys. They tell you they sell only original ones but all is fake.

Cheap cheaters
I had ordered one particular colour shade from them, according they descriptions info and pic on website. They send wrong product and after contacting them they deny any cooperation and exchange and just told that on my cost I have to order again!!

Oxana kindly note that we shall not be dealing with you anymore as inspite of explaining that these are Salon Professional products and before buying kindly consult with hairdresser you yourself became a qualified hairdresser and ordered the product of which you have zero knowledge.

Do not buy from these frauds
My product was not delivered and there is no response from the customer support. The delivery tracking clearly shows product was returned to sender. The delivery guy didn't even call me. Delivery attempt was not made. Now there is no product and no refund. They are not responding to my request on email. All the positive reviews here are not trustworthy. They have responded to positive reviews and ignored the negative reviews. It is just horrible.

I need my product
I need my product, you packed a wrong product to me so bad service, and no proper response back to me very bad service now onwards I won't order anything in your website just return my money back or else give what I ordered, if not you will consequences from my side. It's been a mental pressure to me, very very bad service, please guys don't buy anything from them they are sending wrong product and not proper response for the cause so don't waste your money they are cheating money and eating everyone's money very very bad service I would say.

Kindly confirm your order ID. As we haven't shipped any shipment to Shagun Shukla as your cash on delivery returns were very high and we consider this as a fraudulent order.
Infact it's non ethical to write negative about any business where you haven't paid a dime.
Wrong product
Wrong product, absolutely shitting reply and no decency or decorum as to how to be reply to an email. I have received a product very different from the brand I ordered whereas the owner himself mentioned on the email that they don’t send products from Schwarzkopf but it is a viable on their website. On calling he was screaming, rude and absolutely not ready to accept any mistake.
Would really like to attach a screenshot too of the emails received from the owner.

First of all we deeply apologies for behavior of our support executive. Although we are not defending the concerned person but would like to clarify that he did not abused but was a bit agitated once you spoke about cancelling the order after dispatch although it was a confirmed order. Here we would like you to kindly understand that we do charge ₹ 70/- towards delivery charges but in actual the courier company charges us upwards ₹ 99 depending on weight of the parcel. If by any chance post dispatch the parcel is returned back to us they charge additional RTO fee which is 1.5 time more than the shipping charges already paid. Every conversation on mentioned number is recorded and kept as a record with us for verification/case study. Here once again we would like to once again apologies to you for your experience.
Original color in the tube not the name of color
Feeling duped as the tube advertises color vibrant red but actually had brown.
Even the person who called for order confirmation from prokare confirmed that it was vibrant red

Farah we are merely a seller and not technical expert in hair coloring, we also very clearly mention in our FAQ section that kindly consult a experienced hairdresser before ordering any professional hair color. A red (Vibrant red) is only possible if your hair are bleached to 9 Level and Majirel Vibrant red applied, any professional color if applied on black/dark base can only lift up to 2-3 levels and hence you got brown/red brown shade. Here we also would like to mention that Oxidant 30 or 40 Volume is advisable to for a drastic lift and not oxidant 20 Volume.
Kindly consult with a senior Hair dresser before ordering any professional hair color which require a lift up to 6-7 levels. Hope this clarifies our stand in this matter.
