Genuine product, good service.
Try to improve delivery service.

Was able to buy my desired product for haircare from Prokare which not available elsewhere.Happy for the experience

The shampoo bottle i received had the lid broken and little amount of the shampoo was missing from the top part of the bottle.

UPD 2. Today express delivery change the date again! One more day for delay. So the standart one takes 3-4 days, but the express - at least 7. Well done!

After such "kind" words of course i will never place my order again!
It's so unprofessional to speak with your customers in such way!
i was your customer for more then a year and i sent friends to you but i'll let them all know that the workers in this shop are not nice anymore. the delivery is not fast as it was before.
i suspect that the shop completly changed -
*There is no connection in whatsapp with so lovely workers which always help and nicely respond as it was before.
*There is no option to pay on delivery anymore.
*They charge double price for express delivery knowing that express is impossible (and it's only 9h by bus from the shop to my place btw).
*They charge extra money in plus to orders now.. who knows why..
PS all products you can find in many shops, some of them even in Amazon! and delivery is free! I was your customer because you located pretty near and delivery was fast. but not anymore.

I paid for express delivery for the first time (usually the standart one if fine) but it takes longer then standart one and more stressfull because i had to stay at home all day long because delivery tracking showed that my order is in my town and will be delivered during the day. But today it shows delay for 2 more days.

Why i buy products in this shop even if the products are much expensive than in any other shops PLUS this shop charges some extra money on order which makes prices even higher PLUS paid delivery? Not because of i'm stupid but because i get my order on 4th day with normal delivery.
Now i feel realy stupid.. i paid double and after 4 day i still didn't get my order..

Something has changed with this shop and i will think twise if i use this shop or better to do it somewhere else.

Professional products collection is not avaialble in open amrket and thats where they score. Genuine products and good service, i recommend Proakre.

The absolute pits. Ordered two bottles of the same aftershave. One of the products received was not what I ordered. One bottle had already reached its expiry date by when it reached me. This after they charged a bomb for the shipping costs. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK (which is quite high by the way)!!
