After seeing them recommended on the local Facebook page, I contacted Prompt and Precise about our 3.5 year old Zanussi dishwasher that had stopped heating up. After sending an email, Carl got back to me very quickly and arranged for Stuart to call round within a couple of days. He quickly diagnosed that a new heating element was required, and this was ordered and fitted early the following week (with a bank holiday in between!). Pricing very reasonable and completely transparent. Stuart was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again for any household appliance repair. Highly recommend.

My wife used washing up liquid in the dishwasher when she ran out of dishwasher tablets. Oooops!! Phoned at 12.30 and Stuart arrived at 4.30 and fixed the disabled machine quickly and efficiently. Explained a few other “do’s and don’ts“ as well and did everything with a smile on his face. Would strongly recommend!!

Very hesitantly searched for appliance repair company online after horror stories from friends. Landed on P&P, emailed them from their website (not expecting a reply for about a week), had an answer and an appointment for the next day almost instantly !!! Stuart was prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable and identified problem quickly. Part was ordered and installed four days later ! Wouldn’t it be nice if all contractors where this responsive and nice to have in your home ! I took a stack of cards and will be recommending them to everyone I know as it is nice too have a human on the other end of the email or phone, not a corporate call center that is on another planet.

Exactly as the name suggests. 5 and half year old Bosch dishwasher stopped heating. Tried Bosch direct but there was a 3-4 week for an engineer. Found Prompt and Precise online with decent reviews so tried them. Left a contact note and was called within a few hours and after explaining the issue he knew straight away what was wrong. Upon receipt of the spare part that needed replacing it was repaired within 2 days and I knew exactly how much it was going to cost beforehand. Great service.

Stuart was extremely responsive to my query and set a date immediately. He turned up promptly to get the oven fixed (These sound silly, but, as a landlady, I find so many service companies are unreliable). Stuart had my oven fixed in about 20 minutes! The gas ignitor on a gas hob wasn't working and now all sorted for Christmas. Thanks Stuart!
