Pierce is a very reliable professional in this area. His work is thorough and covers every angle. We were very satisfied.

Pierce was absolutely brilliant to deal with. He was very quick to get back to me for a BER Rating. The appointment was organised in no time at a very reasonable cost.

I chose PropertyDoc based on a friend's recommendation. I dealt with Pierce and from the first call I was impressed. Pierce is friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Would recommend PropertyDoc 100%.

Thanks to Pierce and his team. Appointment made with great communication, Conor arrived on time with pre appointment reminder the day before.. Conor was easy to communicate with, did his job and talked through everything afterwards..The BER assessment arrived as promised by email on the day I was told it would arrive. Thanks to Property Doc . Job well done .

Pierce was thoroughly professional right through our process of getting our house assessed. He was also very helpful with explaining each part of the process and with any grant paperwork.

Excellent service from start to finish. Pierce was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. He clearly explained the BER assessment, DEAP report, and recommendations, making the whole process easy to understand. His communication and expertise were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Pierce delivered a efficient and prompt service. Was most impressed by his work.

Very quick response to my request for an updated BER post installation of PV solar panels. This was required for the payment of the SEAI grant, so their quick attention expedited this process.

Excellent service. Pierce was reliable, fair, and went above and beyond. He noticed that I had requested the wrong report for my needs and, instead of simply proceeding, took the time to contact me and explain the situation. Thanks to his honesty and attention to detail, I avoided receiving an incorrect report and having to pay again for the right one. Highly recommended

Property Doc worked on my self build right from the planning stage, advice and experience from the start of built, right up to helping with retrofitting and grant paperwork was excellent, as a subbie on site the BER / Energy adviser is invaluable and quite under rated.
With the price of house build , the advice and paper trail that the correct Energy adviser brings to the table is invaluable and should not be underated.
Well done to Pierse & Property Doc team ,
Job seriously well done , highly recommnend

I am always a little skeptical of BER surveys, thinking they are very formulaic.

I found Pierces approach to be very different, and hugely insightful. I met him before carrying out upgrades, and he guided me through the process, and was very good on advice on what would work, and what might not be as useful.

The end result was a A1 BER rating for a 100 year old terraced house, which was a fantastic result. He was very responsive, conscious of costs, and really helpful.

I would highly recommend his services.

I cannot recommend Pierce O'Reilly highly enough.
From the very first contact, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Pierce was incredibly responsive and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. What truly stood out was how quickly and smoothly everything was handled, especially as I needed the BER certificate on an urgent basis.
His knowledge, reliability, and friendly approach made a real difference, and I felt confident throughout the entire process that I was in good hands.
If you are looking for a BER assessor who is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful, Pierce O'Reilly is the person to contact.
Thank you again for your outstanding service – it is very much appreciated.
