Property Doc Opiniones

Pierce was very prompt in carrying out the survey and was very helpfull in offering additional advice when it came to grants and ventilation/heating suppliers

I would highly recommend Property Doc. They were very efficient and had our BER assessment and paper work complete within 2 weeks. If you are looking for BER as part of an SEAI grant this is the company that should be your go to.

We asked Pierce to do an energy audit of our house and advise on next steps to make the house more energy efficient and sustainable. Pierce had previously assessed the house for a BER so was familiar with our home.

The advice he gave was clear and logical. This, combined with recommendations regarding next steps and possible contractors, is invaluable. If/when we move on his suggestions I would have no hesitation in going back to him for further advice.

Great service, very efficient.

The service provided by this company again exceeded my expectations. This is the second time I have engaged Pierce and again I want to emphasise how extremely professional he is in carrying out his work which will not be surpassed by any of his competitors.

I found this company very efficient and professional caused no inconvenience to us at all in order to get the job done I would have no problem recommending them for both commercial and residential properties

Said he’d be with us on a certain day at a certain time and he was true to his word. Done his job with professionalism, we couldn’t fault any of his work. Very happy with the outcome. Definitely would recommend his services again.

This is my second time using Pierce O'Reilly from PropertyDoc, and once again, his service was outstanding. He was responsive, communicated clearly, and followed through on everything he promised. His approach was both professional and personable, and he carried out the work with impressive efficiency. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pierce again and would highly recommend him to others.

We recently hired PropertyDoc to carry out a BER Certificate for our warehouse, and the experience was outstanding. Their team was professional, efficient, and delivered the certificate in record time without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed with such attention to detail. Highly recommend PropertyDoc for anyone needing fast, reliable BER certification.

From the beginning (first contact) to the end (completed report), it was stress-free as we were kept updated and any questions we had were answered promptly. Pierce was professional throughout and helped us understand the process before sending us the results in the promised timeframe.
