Excellent email service

I have to say the website was quite a labyrinth in terms of their search fields. I had worked in the old Land Title Office and knew what I wanted on that side, with roads, lots, resumptions and right of way, but this side was quite daunting. Thankfully the email service over the past few days was extremely helpful, pointing me in the right direction, sending clear invoices, refunding where necessary. The five stars are for them.

Feedback

Thank you for the ease of receiving the Land Title document for our property. The website was easy to navigate & I recieved the document by email within an hour.
However, I noticed my husbands name has been written incorrectly. It says "Sebastian Nick Ceroli" instead of "Sebastiano Nicola Ceroli ".
How do I get it changed on the document?

The instruction was clear.

The instruction was clear and the response was quick.
I needed the document on file because I only purchased this property 3 months ago and repairs to my home required details the builder could provide. The only way to get the builders help, was proof of purchase. So the quick response you have given me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
