As executor for a recently deceased dear friend I have been helped and guided by Property Solutions every step of the way regarding the sale of his property. My contact has been Tanya Dove and she has been so supportive and efficient, at the end of a phone every time I've needed her advice. These days it's unusual and excellent to deal with people who do what they say they are going to do without being chased. Fantastic in helping me sell a house I inherited. They did everything I didn’t even know I needed and kept me updated all through the process. Great communication, Georgia was friendly but professional with all her emails. Only downside is not open on Saturdays but really prompt with everything on a Monday morning so doesn't make much difference overall!

Jake looked after us and was brilliant, really clear communication and if I wasn't sure on something he called up quickly to explain.

From our initial enquiry to handing over to the sales progressor, the process has been flawless, we were constantly updated and emails and calls answered in a timely manner. We have yet to complete on the property but so far we could not fault Property Solutions Group and Georgia.
