Great communication. Product seems very well built.

Well, we took our Airstream out for its maiden voyage with its new ProPride 3 hitch and it pulled as smooth as can be. We were on 2 lane and Interstate highways with all kinds of traffic. We could not tell it was behind us and trucks did not cause any sway. The only thing I needed to adjust was my stinger hitch to my truck. Adjusted it 2 inches down and I hope we will be all level now

Our race team uses the 3P hitch on our trailers. If you have only hauled an enclosed trailer with a standard hitch (even with weight distribution), you know what the term "white knuckles" means. No more of those with the 3P. This thing completely eliminates trailer sway passing or getting passed by tractor trailers and from big winds on open highways. You may not understand the patented engineering behind the 3P, but you will understand that your trailer doesn't sway anymore. One haul and you will never haul without this hitch. Its a great investment in your comfort and safety. Plus... in a lot or paddock with 100 other trailers, your trailer will be the one that will never be stolen because of the unique 3P receptacle. ProPride service is also a "10." Call them and you will speak to a real person that can answer your questions. World class company with a world class product!

After repeated phone calls and emails, no response and or limited response without addressing the issue, all the while, after the purchase.

I I strongly believe that the tow chain extensions should have been included with the hitch. Your response to other comments like this one was that you wanted to give people an option. My response is what if someone purchases chain extensions that fail. You market on the safety of your hitch. Remember the old adage of the “weakest link”.

I noticed the yoke assembly had cracked welds and contacted ProPride. A replacement yoke was shipped the same day and received within two days. Very prompt service!

Brent was instrumental in getting a complete new P3/1400 to us. He processed the sale overnight and shipped the next day.

New to the travel trailer scene and wanted peace of mind in knowing we are towing our rig with the very best. Install went well and pulling our 33’ TT was a breeze. Look forward to heading out more often and enjoying the great outdoors.

Super fast shipping. Great instructions. Easy to install if you’re mechanical. I was about to get rid of this camper until I installed this hitch. If you’re on the fence it’s worth the money. You can actually hook up faster after you learn it and weight distribution adjustments are so much easier.

ProPride 3P hitch & staff are amazing!

I just bought a Nissan Armada and a 26BH. Sure, I don't NEED a ProPride for this, but I don't want to have any white knuckle driving with my family in the SUV and be grumpy when we get to where we are going. The 3P hitch just takes all of that away. It's effortless to tow with.

The staff is great, fast to respond, and very friendly. Other than a date with Selena Gomez or some winning lotto numbers, I don't know what else I could ask for!

Have what I need when I need it. Fits every time and guaranteed to work. Much more cost effective than traveling from hardware store to the big box store hoping to find the correct part. Ships very fast.
