Easy to order a part that I needed and quick to ship

Order entry was easy, quick acknowledgment, and shipping was quick.

Customer service was great. Brandon took my call and helped me get my product FedEx'd to a shop to install it on our way home. We got it installed and love it. I was about to give up on pulling a Travel Trailer without the ProPride 3P hitch. Will NEVER go without one.

The communication after the order was good. The order had a delay due to the products not being ready for shipment.

I had not realized I was getting a 2 5/16 ball when ordering and they shipped me the 2" I needed with a return label. I was also able to speak with someone on the phone about the setup and was very helpful. Only short trip so far but as advertised.

Just installed my 3p-1400 yesterday 04/08/24 on my jayco 24rl with my 2011 ford and expedition. Tried to do it on my gravel driveway… not a good choice!! Once I found a concrete pad to work on, was very easy to set-up.
Stinger level, two washers and 3” on the jacks worked for me. Trailer is level, have about an inch of squat on rear and front of truck is back to within 1/8”.
So far, it really goes nice! I’ll let you know more after a few trips.

Best hitch we have ever owned. Other don’t even compare to this hitch. We out of getting this one for years due to the price but wish we had bought it from the beginning. It would have saved wasting money on other hitches.

I called concerning a broken bolt, and they immediately sent me out a replacement and 2 additional bolts/nuts to replace the similar bolts :)

My recent purchase was shims for the Jack's. IT was delivered in a timely manner. I was a bit surprised with the shipping costs.

I ordered the 3P Hitch Lot bar. It was shipped the same day ordered, and arrived 3 days later, standard shipping.
I used the bar almost immediately at an RV service center, and it worked as intended.
Very satisfied.

We traded in out Class B RV for a travel trailer despite my anxiousness about pulling a trailer. I didn't know which hitch to get, so I watched a Youtube video review of 11 trailer hitches and ProPride was rated the best. After watching your video and several installation videos, I became convinced it was the best choice. I had no idea there was so much to learn. Working with Brent through the selection/buying process was a pleasure. He is a true professional. I received the hitch and installed it myself (I'm 70 years old and somewhat handy}. It was not difficult, but a couple of modifications did have to be made. We are making our inaugural trip soon and have high expectations.

Staff was very helpful with questions, very knowledgeable. They even advised of a discount that I was not aware of. My request for delayed shipping was handled without a "hitch".

Finally no white knuckle driving, no worrying when a big rig passes or wind blows. What a huge relief.
