We needed two drywall cover plates very quickly for shipment across the country so they could be installed on a tight schedule. Martin listened to and understood our needs and took the necessary actions to get our plates immediately scheduled in their production area to enable them to get shipped out same day. The plates arrived on the specified date and we were able to install them right away on our end. Martin went above and beyond in addressing our needs as new Customers. I needed an access panel cover. The site was clear about how to select the correct panel size. The item arrived quickly in very sturdy and protective packaging. It was not inexpensive.

Only issue is the sales tax disclaimer for purchases outside the state of Washington "being between the customer and their state". I'm 71 yrs old and have never received an invoice from an on line purchase as such. The seller either collected the sales tax or not.
