Access panel
I needed a second access panel for a new tub. The recommended handyman charged me $200 for the first, required to meet code. I ordered the second from ProProducts for $60 and installed it myself. Looks just as good!

Martin at Pro Products was informative and very patient with all of our questions. He was clear about all details and arranged a good shipping option for us.
The floor access doors that we ordered were very well made and work well. Each one was a little different and they all came matching their drawings. Pro Product Sales paid close attention to all the details and we are very happy with the products.

Good service - very high shipping fee
Product packaged well and arrived promptly. I got several emails updating the status, including that the product arrived. My only gripe is the outrageously high shipping fee - $27.50 for ground shipment of a $29.95 product.

Thank you very much for the time to post your feedback. I completely agree with you, shipping has become rather expensive. As a matter of fact, the $27.50 didn't even cover the actual shipping rate, even with our UPS discount applied. I will email you a screenshot of the actual UPS rate (which was for this package $34.98). These are large items and need to ship well protected. I agree that the 31x31x4 box is somewhat overkill. Nevertheless, this is the UPS sanctioned and approved box. Again, my apologies about the shipping sticker shock. We wish that this was something we could do about, but technically we already paid $7.48 to ship this item to you, which is literally all the profit we had in this. Again, sorry about that and hope that this item will finish off your project nicely.
