The texts and customer service during the order, dispatch and returns stage was excellent; helpful, quick and friendly. The equipment was just what we wanted; the roulette wheel and black Jack dispenser made it feel like a proper casino! Perfect for my daughters 18th party and wondering if we might use for a party of our own!

I’ve had an amazing experience with props4parties. They are extremely
helpful, understanding, and efficient. I received my package on the exact day i chose with nothing missing. The instructions inside the box were extremely clear. They collected the package when I finished using it with no problems whatsoever. Dave always answered whenever I had any question even when it was late at night. Overall the experience was extremely smooth would 100% recommend props4parties if you want your party to look beautiful.

Dave couldn’t have been more helpful, he was so quick to reply and then provided all the information needed, sent shots of the props I was interested in, sent videos of how to put up the props, was always quick to respond to a question and everything ran like clockwork in terms of arrangements and delivery, and the props were great, just as seen on his photos. The games were a great success and the equipment most certainly gave the wow factor. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The company were very helpful and supportive and kept in touch all the way through from order to collection, even going as far as wishing us good luck on the day.
Everyone had a brilliant time, a perfect party idea for a 16 year old. Will most definitely recommend them to others - great fun!
