We have just purchased a cover for our eriba 420.
Absolutely chuffed with it, didn't realise it came with 2 poles, chimney cover and A frame cover.
GREAT, if ever needed another one, without hesitation, we would buy Protec again.

Good company to deal with: polite efficient and an apparently well designed quality product.
Haven’t fitted it yet so don’t know how well it will perform during the British winter. … we’ll see 😁

I bought a tailor made Protec towing cover and a full caravan cover a year ago. The beginning was painful when we had to measure all dimensions but with a Protec special diagram it was made easy. It paid off and the covers fit perfectly. After one season the covers are as new. Very practical and easy to use. Protec Customer Service have been very helpful. We're delighted with the product.

There's an old expression 'A poor man pays twice!' and it's certainly true when it comes to caravan covers. Ours is now four years old. It spends five months of the year protecting our investment from the elements in a wild and windy storage facility in the heart of the Peak District an area notorious for wild winter weather. While other 'off the peg' cheaper covers have been totally annihilated in one season ours is in the same condition now as when we bought it. It's easy to fit and fits like a glove accommodating the roof contours and ariel perfectly so no fabric is stretched to its limits to accommodate sharp objects and edges. Good sturdy material. Quality item. A good investment from an excellent source. Good service too, a set of new straps will arrive tomorrow as I managed to lose three somehow. I couldn't even make my own up for what they charged me.

Protec caravan covers are really great company. This is the second cover I have had from them. They produce a really good high quality product. Highly recommend.

Rang Protec Covers on 18 Oct 22 requesting a supply of their green waterproof material to repair a Protec cover for my Motor Caravan after a securing strap was dislodged by very high winds last winter which resulted in some tears in the fabric and friction damage to the cover now around 5 years old. Used up the patching fabric that came with the cover when new last week hence the call. Service was excellent, spoke to a polite, friendly lady who had the material despatched and it arrived by courier next day, 19 Oct 22. What really excellent service - many thanks Protec. David S

I ordered a full cover by phone in August for our Coachman 575 xtra, the initial conversation on the phone gave me initial confidence with Pro Tec. Delivery was made ealier than estimated and payment was not taken until the cover went into production. Our cover was fitted onto the caravan yesterday for the 1st time and it fit perfectly, plenty of anchor straps to make it very secure, the tow hitch cover even had velcro to fit it to the main cover. Thankyou Pro Tec it has been a pleasure dealing with you.

After an initial phone explaining that i required a new door fitting, alterations and repair to a hole in the material to a motor home cover to make it fit my Knaus Sport & Fun caravan i was give a very reasonable price to have the cover collected ,altered and returned .This was completed in two weeks under ref 927924.
I fitted it yesterday 9/10/22 and it is perfect .It included new tie down clips and additional material incase i need to make any future repairs.Well done ProTec

I ordered a new cover for my caravan on-line, which was very easy to do. Because my caravan is relatively old [2003), they were uncertain as to whether the pattern they had for the caravan was correct, so came to the house to measure the caravan exactly. This gave me the opportunity to discuss various problems I had had with my old cover, which they provided solutions for - all at once extra cost. The cover arrived a week later and looks excellent. Very pleased with this high level of customer service!

I ordered a cover for my Eriba Troll 540. Excellent service it came back within a week. Perfect fit, easily put on and a very high quality of both materials and craftsmanship.

Cover bought for an Eriba Triton 420. Lead time on ordering was 6 weeks, however the item was delivered in a fraction of this time. It fits well and looks great. Very happy customer, thank you.

We were buying a new caravan and we’re looking for a towing jacket and I found Protec.

I spoke with Peter and talked about options for the van.

During our chat I noticed a logo on the cover and asked if they could personalise one.

Pete said they could, I gave him my idea, sent a photo and later that morning I had artwork back. He tweaked it a bit for me , and rather thrilled I placed the order.

The jacket arrived just a few days later. A quick inspection and we were really happy.

We have just taken delivery of the new caravan.

The jacket fits perfectly and looks great. It took about 5 minutes to put it on the front of the van and can be done by one person.

I’d like to thank Pete for going the extra mile and for providing a great product.

It’s a 10/10 from me!

Great product and company, with first class after sales support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Extremely poor customer service and totally disinterested in replacing what even they admitted was poor quality stitching that should not have left the factory. Having spoken to the 'Manager' I was disappointed with the response which was "that whilst there was a quality issue the cover was usable so it will not be replaced".
The item looks good in the company photographs and I dare say some of them leaving the factory may be of a reasonable quality and do the job, but if you get one that doesn't, don't expect a quality customer service experience.

I purchased a full & front cover and at the moment I’ve only used the front one it’s a brilliant piece of kit so easy to put on and has been manufactured to a high standard compared to some of the similar products I have purchased in the passed, great piece of kit !
