Useless site!
why offer a 10% first time buyer discount when you wont honour it. Trying to buy 30 plus sheets and tape and automatically got the bulk discount but the 10% discount wouldnt work! No contact number to discuss just the silly online chat with huge time wasting delays.
Your website needs to take a few lessons in basic maths as it doesnt add up correctly.
Happy to spend my money elsewhere and future trade orders.

Insgesamt unzufrieden
Leider kahm die Bestellung gefalten (trotz Hinweis bei der Bestellung, dass, wenn geht, ohne zu Falten versendet werden soll). Für die dünnen Platten ist das in meinem Falle nicht so schlimm, aber die dicken Schutzplatten sind dadurch nicht ansatzweise so schön zu gebrauchen wie ohne Knick. Sie haben außerdem die Stabilität verloren, sodass ich sie nicht mehr aufrecht lagern kann.
Leider habe ich auch keine Rechnung erhalten und muss da extra hinterher haken. Das spart keine Zeit, sondern ist einfach nur nervig für mich.

Great website . I need to cover the floor as I am having the ceiling and walls plastered . I haven’t put it down yet . It should be perfect and easy to use . Very quick delivery .

As I stated via our emails, I'm sorry that the couriers gave me the wrong information that all your order had been delivered when only part of it had and the sheets were missing. I replaced the missing items on a next working day delivery for you as soon as I was aware what had happened. Once again apologises and if you have anything else that you need sorting then please get in touch via email and I will be happy to help.

Contacted for advice, product was advised for job I needed, order and delivery process very smooth arrived on time and product well packaged. Item placed onto carpet went down easily and seems very robust. Will order again for next project
