Protectascreen success.
Product arrived as predicted.
We have no side entry to our back garden and planned a new patio so we chose protectascreen to protect a wooden parquet floor from heavy traffic. We chose 4mm for this reason.
It worked a treat with no damage at all,easy to put down and well worth it

Not responding floor proctor email on time
Not responding email on time. Paid over night deliver and did not come. NO PHONE TO CONTACT. I email them to call me as it was urgent gave them my number but they will not call what a company

Thank you for leaving a review Mahesh. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the service. As explained to you via email, you placed your order at 5:44pm which is after our 3pm cut off on the Thursday so your order was not despatched until the Friday. We unfortunately do not deliver on the weekend so your order arrived Monday. This is stated on our website so I am very sorry for any confusion caused. Your emails were responded to within half an hour of us being in the office Monday morning. As we are not open weekends so could not reply during these times.

I just wanted to say I’m very happy with your Correx floor protection product – it’s exactly what I needed. On top of that, the delivery was incredibly fast – I received it the very next day!
