Apparently we was due a refund due to not receiving one of the items, did that turn up? No? The last time we ordered off them they also didn’t send it out for 3 days after it was supposed to? Did they notify us? No. So I think we will learn our lesson this time.

Thank you for raising that with us. The refund has been done manually for you and an email PDF sent through to you. Over 98% of our orders are arriving next day so apologies if an order has been received later than expected. We have emailed DPD regarding order details. DPD have come back and both your recent orders were delivered next day.
Thank you for your help

PPE was fine but arrived late
The equipment was fine and the bags were strong . But I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. I first received notification that it would be here on time, then I was told it would arrive a day late. Not really the fault of the PPE company, more of the couriers, I suppose, but it messed up all our plans, as no work could go ahead until we had dealt with the asbestos . I didn't bother claiming back the extra charge I had paid , but Protectivemaskdirect should complain to the couriers that they use.

Thank you for informing us that DPD did not deliver the next day as they should have done. Your order was processed and dispatched by us for next-day delivery. We complained to DPD and they informed us that due to the Royal Mail postal strikes some deliveries have been delayed in certain postcodes due to the local depots being overwhelmed with extra deliveries in addition to their normal Christmas volumes. We shall get the extra charge refunded for you.

Disappointment
i thought the masks were reusable. They are expensive if you have to recycle them

The range of masks we provide is used by industry in the most dangerous environments where protection against hazardous end-of-life substances such as biological, nuclear, asbestos, and viral hazards is paramount. Masks that actually provide protection are single-use to prevent cross-contamination, using complex protective material and cost more depending on the protection required and material complexity.
We do sell a huge range of reusable masks to protect life against every hazard and toxic substance faced in the workplace or emergency situation.
However, we do not sell the gimmicky earloop washable face coverings as they do not offer protection as they are both loose fitting (earloops create gaps in movement) and made from simple material which only offers more mental placebo protection rather than physical protection.
If you are concerned with being protected you have selected the correct mask.

I have had to adapt to these masks as they are different to the ones I usually use. Now I am getting used to the way the mask opens up and fits round my face I am pleased. The process of ordering and the delivery was efficient, thank you!
