This review is both misleading and unjust. Your order was dispatched immediately on an island service & is arriving later today, a day earlier than our standard delivery time and infact the fastest that we could actually get your order to you. It could not be physically any faster. All of your contact details were with the courier so you would have been both texted and emailed as to when your order was arriving. It would be appreciated if your review is updated so that it does not wrongfully mislead our customers. As you can see from our reviews we strive for a 5 star service everytime.
Disappointing
The face masks were delivered in single loose units, not not in a proper sealed box. There were no clear written instructions. Very disappointing given the high cost!

The masks that you purchased are bulked packaged in cases of 400 individual masks. Rather than having to purchase a full case of 400 masks, a regular business or hospital quantity order we have split these to enable the retail customer to purchase lesser quantities. Each of these masks has visual fitting instructions clearly printed on every individually sealed mask.
Good value and fast delivery
