Great service...would've given 5 stars...if delivery option for earlier arrival was known. But, it was expedited over the weekend, so I was able to receive my prototype and check it out before a Monday update anyway. The properties of the prototype were better than I thought and I was pleased with the test outcomes too.

Prototype Projects clearly have a lot of experience in their field. Overall an excellent experience. The delivery date was missed but I was kept updated and I know they had a real challenge with the pingdemic.

Quality of parts is always very high but occasionally when busy the lead times extend and quality of communication becomes poor. On a couple of occasions delivery dates have been missed without notification. I know these things are sometimes unavoidable, but it needs to be communicated!
