Ich hatte wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen so meine Zweifel, doch bei meiner ersten Bestellung vor Weihnachten hatte alles super geklappt und ich habe mit nochmal Wii-Controler nachbestellt und alles ist wunderbar. Natürlich muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass man hier etwas in China bestellt und dass dies auch seine Zeit dauert (da sind aber Post und Zoll schuld dran). Und natürlich kann man für 8,- kein 40,- Euro Original erwarten, aber die Funktion und die Optik sind einwandfrei.
Der Mail-Kontakt funktionierte tadellos, Tracking wunderbar (Tipp: bestellt per Airmail und spart das DHL-Porto, es kommt sowieso per DHL)
Ich werde wieder bestellen, auch unter dem neuen Namen.

To keep a long story short, it has been 5 months now and I've yet to receive the Xbox controller I ordered. I kept contacting their support team the first 2 months but then they stopped replying; I never saw my money nor the controller.

Point I should add: reiterating what someone else has said: the price advertised and the price they charged me was not the same. It was more.

On top of that, I logged in with the details I had from the get go, the details I used to order the controller, the ones they had to contact me on - all of a sudden I think during the 3rd month, my details no longer work? Lol. It's a complete and utter joke.

If you're looking to waste money then go ahead and make a purchase.

Don't trust this company. I ordered a PS4 controller and I got it after 15 days but it turned out to be broken. I have been emailing for over two weeks now and they are incredibly unprofessional. I have to come up with solutions for them and they have refused to give the address where I have to send the controller back to.

Some facts:

1. The controller was broken.
2. They asked for a video conformation of the broken controller.
3. After demanding a refund they said I could get a new controller if I send the broken one to China.
4. I refused a new controller and asked for a refund.
5. They said that the controller would come quicker this time.
6. I said I already bought a new one, I just want a refund. I came with a solution, can't I send the controller to you guys so that you can see for yourself that it's broken?
7. They said: "The factory is in shenzhen China, so how are we going to do that?"
8. Well I said: "Give me the exact address and you will pay for the shipping fee".
9. They said, we can share the shipping fee (and didn't give the address).
10. I said you WILL pay the shipping fee and where is the full address?
11. They said again that the address is Shenzen China.....

This goes on and on. I am sick of it. Still no refund or any possible solution. What a poor company.

I ordered a black xiaomi mi4 4G lte for 280 dollars as advertised and received a WHITE xiaomi with only 3G and no lte support.

When I said that it was not what I payed for, they offered me 50 euros to keep me silent with a useless phone... far from the full refund they gladly advertised on the site.

After some browsing and a lot of emails I found out that they don't have any warehouse in Europe nor USA. They live in a Shenzhen appartment in China... I finally got 100 euros and this piece of junk still on my desk as I write.

This site is a scam, never ever buy anything from them.

J'ai commandé un adaptateur wifi pour xbox 360 le 13 juillet 2015, reçu le 28 juillet 2015. Etat impeccable, tout est OK
J'étais tout d'abord inquiété car après avoir validé ma commande, j'ai appris que ce site était en fait un site revendeur "Chinois" utilisant un site en Allemagne, alors que le nom de domaine laissait penser que c’était un vendeur basé en Allemagne.
Finalement tout s'est bien passé, j'en rassure certains, ce ne sont pas des escrocs.

Bestellung ausgelöst per PayPak ( zum Glück ) bezahlt. Lieferzeit lt. Versandinfo 4-14 Tage per Luftpost. Nach knapp 1 MOnat ist die Ware immer noch nicht da und kommt sicher auch nicht mehr. Keine Reaktion bes Shoppes bei PayPal. Zum GLück hab ich das Geld problemlos wieder bekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After buying an Xbox 360 controller from this site, the order comes to me in 25~ days. The description says that the controller was " Microsoft original" BUT when i tried it it was awful! RB and LT doesn't work at all, and the analogic pad were so hard to turn! 0 assistance! Ah all of the orders come from China, not Germany!!

Dopo aver comprato un controller per l'xbox 360, il pacco mi è arrivato dopo 25 giorni circa. La descrizione diceva che era "originale microsoft" ma evidentemente non lo era: i bottoni RB e LT non funzionavano e funzionava male anche la levetta analogica! Per non parlare delle plastiche di questo controller che erano pessime! Assistenza 0, o non rispondono, o rispondono dopo quasi 1 settimana, rendendo inutile il servizio di money back!

Habe im März 2015 ein Handy dort bestellt und bin super zufrieden. Die Versandzeit war wie beschrieben, und eine Nummer zum Versand verfolgen wurde ebenfalls zugesendet! TOP!!! Und das beste, kein Zoll :-)

because:
- the site is not Germany based as the web address would suggest it - it is based in China.
- the price you pay will be different from the one you validated on the order form: even though the price is in €, you will experience exchange rate and bank commission fees without any warning from the company.
=> everything is done to cheat you....
- the received product looks like a good fake but it doesn't work as well as the original one...

When I ordered my wii controllers I started to second guess myself as I read a few reviews. I got them at a great price and started to think it might be too good to be true. When I got the controllers I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They look and feel genuine. Some people claim they are knock offs but if they are I can't tell. The only reason I can't give five stars is the website can be kind of tricky to order from. The products did take a month to reach my house which is pretty crazy by today's standards. Overall my experience with them was great and I recommend them highly!

Colis bloqué en douane (pour quelle raison ? si c'est de la contrefaçon, c'est très cher pour du faux ! ) depuis fin 2014, je leur ai indiqué X fois la procédure pour faire bouger les choses, ils en ont rien à faire. Site basé à Singapour et non en Europe (malgré des .uk et .de).

Do not trust this website, my parcel hasn't been delivered and the website doesn't try to help, as long as they've been paid..

Ne pas faire confiance à ce site, mon colis n'a pas été livré et personne ne s'en soucie...

I bought a XBOX 360 controller with play & charge kit. 36 €.

After a long time waiting for the parcel, the box was damaged, the play & charge kit didn't exist.

The controller is not an european version, although the website has the domain .de. It seems a lower quality controller, but they never advice and the images they use in the website are european.

Furthermore, the controller was full of water dust and doesn't work.

I contacted them and sent them photos, videos, etc as they requested, and after a month waiting for a solution they tell me they can't send another controller, they do can send a play&charge kit?????

I don't trust this website and strongly recommend everyone don't buy there!

I waited nearly 1,5 month for my order, and guess what, the controller seems to be a fake. circle and triangle are switched and X and square aswell.

the plastic feels cheap, but nevertheless, the controller works better than other bluetooth controllers I tried out. Not to mention, the price was okay.

So if you can cope with a good fake controller, it's still a good option

Depuis 15 jours on me dit que la livraison est longue et que cela peut aller jusqu'à 30 jours.
Aujourd'hui soit plus d'un mois après ma commande et en réponse à mon Nième courrier, on m'annonce que ma commande est arrivée en France il y a 15 jours et qu'il faut contacter la poste.

Bravo!

A déconseiller.

- item (PS3 controller) should be shipped from UK: Lie, it comes from Singapore (shipping takes 4 weeks, item need to be picked up at customs, additional trouble and cost)
- Controller is a cheap copy
- Controller is damaged, seller refuses to refund, exchange or even to admit that there is a damage even it was proven by video

Conclusion: not worth the hassle, invest a few bucks more and get some quality parts!

23 december 2014 hier een ps4 controller besteld. De website is duidelijk vertaald naar het Nederlands maar toch heb ik het aangedurfd omdat er een lijst met recente kopers zichtbaar Is waaronder Nederlanders.
24 uur levering halen ze al niet meer omdat je op een PayPal link gestuurd via email moet wachten. (1 dag ) Je hebt een account en de website is beveiligd. Je kunt goed de status van de bestelling zien en je hebt direct een track and trace nummer.

24 december 2014 betaald via PayPal maar niet naar de UK maar naar Hongkong of China.
Krijg wel steeds een update mail.

Lees slechte ervaringen en ben heel benieuwd of ik het product krijg en of het wel nieuw is. Gelukkig met PayPal betaald want die helpen je heel goed mocht je problemen hebben met de verkoper.

Was het het waard om dit risico aan te gaan om 5 euro goedkoper uit te zijn?

Ik zal hier regelmatig updaten.

Update 14-1-2015

Zoals gezegd hier een update.
Vandaag de controller binnengekregen in bubbeltjes plastic. In de verpakking zat wel een gat maar de controller was niet beschadigd.
Het is een originele verpakking en de controller is gewoon nieuw.

Het heeft in totaal 3 weken geduurd maar je moet er wel aan denken dat het rond het einde van het jaar besteld is.

Via het track en trace nummer kun je enigszins zien waar je pakketje is.
Het komt dus uit Singapore en niet zoals de website doet vermoeden Engeland.

Dus uiteindelijk is het goed gegaan en heb ik die drie weken er voor over gehad om 10 euro uit te sparen.

Zou ik het nog eens doen? Hmmm.....voor kleinere artikelen zou ik het aandurven maar niet voor duurdere artikelen. Omdat ik niet weet hoe het zal gaan als er iets kapot is binnen de garantie tijd. In Nederland weet je zeker dat dat snel en goed wordt opgelost, hier is dat nog maar de vraag.

ps. het internet adres klopt niet dat TrustPilot plaatst maar ik mag hier geen url plaatsen. Het moet niet .com zijn maar .co.uk

Well I'd like to think I am able to smell a rat or note a dodgy deal, so I was some what surprised after I made my order to see all the poor reviews.
Fearing the worse I watched as the money left my account (the agreed amount) £32 for a 320gb Xbox hard drive.
Today 14 days after payment it arrived, wrapped well and I had to sign for it.
It's now in my boys Xbox and works fine.

Not sure if I was just lucky or the fact I'm in the UK where there is an alleged depot means better service?
