I recently bought a ps3 controller form them . Ordered on aug 19, and it came on aug 28, in a Firm package in an brand new case. However, the controller itself works fine but it isnt new. Its worn down a little bit but sure is sweet for 15 bucks. Thought I got scammed after reading reviews but worked out fine for me. All in all, very pleased.

Ordered a hard drive for my Xbox and the total amount was 44.52, go to look at my bank statement and they took out 53.00 then sent me an invoice from PayPal saying i need to pay 44.52 because they didn't get the money and if i just put my credit card number in i wont be charged twice and if i do they will refund they double amount
Be careful this site is all about getting your money and not getting your orders out and the guy is very rude and unprofessional, if you notice if you try to contact them there is this one name that keeps showing up at the end of every message he is a scam artist

Ordered a Giotech WiiU controller from them 11th july. Arrived 30th july.
Despite claiming they were based in the UK they were infact based in Singapore!

However after opening the package it turns out not to be a Giotech WiiU pad but infact an Official Nintendo WiiU pad, fair enough I thougth I can deal with that however the damn thing was second hand a faulty! It's covered in scratches and it wont charge.
What a joke, currently in the process of contacting them for a refund, will see if this leads anywhere, I havent got my hopes up.
What a bunch of frauds! stay away!

I ordered two ps3 controllers from this site. I knew they were going to be fake, but they were the only fake controllers that I could find that looked closest to the originals. It took about 3 weeks for them to arrive and I have not had any problems with them yet.

I went to purchase an item from their website based on their location listed as Weston-Super-Mare.
Subsequently I'm told that the items I ordered (and paid for) were being shipped from Singapore and would require 7-20 days for delivery.
None of this is clear on their website.
Subsequent questions asking when they shipped the items and proof thereof proved to elicit sarcastic responses, I quote directly:

"We would like you know, if you want directly shiped the parcel and give you all the details, you should be thinking of pay more than 1 billion pounds to buy an airplane and other cost."

Disappointing customer services, misleading website, disappointing all round. This site is nuclear. Don't go near. I certainly shan't.

Ich hatte erst Zweifel da ich mich nicht richtig auf der Seite anmelden konnte und lange keine Info kam, sowie alle Emails des Anbieters als Spam erkannt wurden ABER alles umsonst. Der Controller kam, nach zugegeben 4 Wochen, original verpackt hier an. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Die lange Versandzeit sollte beim kostenlosen Versand aus China bekannt sein. Der Preis ist unglaublich niedrig. Ich bin zufrieden!
Der Verkäufer bietet Paypal Zahlung und Sendungsverfolgung an. Verschickt per Einschreiben.

Sito molto economico, dai dati sembra essere tedesco, ma in realtà il pacco è stato spedito da Singapore. Al posto di 5 gg, ne sono passati 22gg...
L'unica cosa realmente negativa è che il pezzom nonostante funzioni come scritto nella descrizione, NON è originale e manca di ogni adesivo / logo della microsoft...
Quindi attenti a iò che fate... pagate solo attraverso paypal che vi offre l'assicurazione.

If you are looking to buy a product that is advertised as genuine (xbox 360 wireless controller) and guaranteed to be delivered within 10 days (within the EU) but dont mind receiving a fake piece of rubbish that takes over a month to arrive... this is the company for you.

Pay a bit more for a real one.

I purchased 4 PS3 controllers back on 9/24/2013. Spent $76 with free shipping. Guess what, it's 12/10/2013 and I haven't received them at all! Some person named "EDWIN" (supposedly) claims that "the parcel didn't get through the securiy". And yes, they spelled security wrong, which was the first hint of fraud. Secondly, a couple of days after I purchased the controllers, I started having fraudulent charges on my banking debit card, so many that I eventually closed out my account and started a new one. Third, they first tell me it would be 4-14 days to receive my order (Oct. 21, 2013), then in a later email (Nov. 20, 2013) they tell me 7-20 days. Well, I'm looking at over 80 days now (86 and counting) and several, several emails since without a response and without my PS3 controllers. FRAUD WEBSITE WITH SCAM AND HACKING BANKING INFO! IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS, THEY WOULD GET 100 OF THEM. IF I COULD HAVE THIS COMPANY BLACKLISTED, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE........EVER!!!!

Finally, as of January 3, 2014 I was able to receive my purchase from this company, even thought I had to visit my local post office to pick it up (local carrier left it there). Everything checks out, controllers works great and the family can enjoy games together. So in the end, this company is not a fraud company so I take that back. I will give them 2 stars only because of the quality of the product. As for the shipping, it sucks and they need to find a way to provide better shipping out of their country (China) that will actually get here in less than 90 days!

This product is very nice. Colour is great, the only downfalls are that the joysticks and L1 and L2 and R1 and R2 are stiff at first. But overally very good. I am MLG and this product has not hindered my abilities whatsoever. Great product.

Got sent our x-box memory unit from somewhere out of China.
It was held up in customs and to clear it we had to pay an extra 23 Euro.
When we got the item it was just in a thin card board box and the throughen in a plastic courier bag. The items plastic casing was damaged and the item was a faulty second hand product, Where as it should have been new!
Have written e-mails and the e-mails eventually get sent back as there is no address found.
I hope the lying, cheating firm gets busted big time!

Product as advertised, great service especially with providing updates on delivery. Fantastic price!...

It's been over six weeks since I ordered a product, and a tracking number was provided that has never given more information than "somewhere in China".

Repeated attempts at a refund or even rudimentary customer service have been stymied.

Negative stars.
