Excellence comes from the top and filters down. This company is brimming with excellence. The first meeting with Ian was convivial while still business like. We agreed a Mid May start but in early May there was an opening.
Everyone was on time for a bright and early start from the scaffolders to the guys doing the rendering and applying the Properla. Each deserve their own mention Mariuz, Piotr, Jonny, Darren and Grant. Very pleasant, efficient and tidy in their attitude and workmanship. I cannot praise them enough, the transformation both front and rear of the building is jaw dropping. Yes, I used the word excellence at the start and even now that word even feels inadequate for this fantastic team. Full recommendation to anyone requiring work they will be my first call going forward.

Fast response when requested for a quote. The work was then scheduled to accommodate our time frame. The work was executed according to the schedule: i.e. very quickly! Great to have such a fast turnaround from quote to completion. Ian and his team understood the severity of the wall deterioration we were suffering and responded accordingly. Marius and Peter were efficient and capable workers who cracked on at a pace but remained polite and friendly throughout. Both were trustworthy individuals who respected our property and left the job safe and tidy at the end of each day. The job itself is complete with no obvious snags or concerns. It looks great and bears close inspection. The team had to adapt their approach slightly during the job but did so with ease and no knock-on to me other than keeping me informed. Communication was good throughout. Would recommend without hesitation.

Ian and his crew did a super job in restoring and transforming our exterior house walls. I can certainly recommend them as they arrived when they said they would, finished the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Service from initial enquiry to completion was just excellent. I'm not one for reviewing, but so pleased with the work done felt I wanted to! We had a large 2 storey detached house roughcasted (old removed) including garage. Pipework and window sills painted. Ian and Mariusz both easy to deal with - 100% recommend. Left the grounds spotless!

All good from the start until the very end!
Down to earth sales, office staff and fitters, house is night and day from what it was. Im pretty OCD so if it passes my standards (which it does) im happy.

All of my neighbours asking about it and it has been well worth it. ProPERLA coating white and anthracite was done and I would get it done to my next property if I ever moved house.

I had 2 different jobs. One to fit cladding and one to coat an area of rough cast, both crews attended and completed each job in no time. Just got on with the job. With little disturbance. Chapped the door when they were finished to check I was happy with the job. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

After getting several quotes, Ian and his Team stood out for their friendly service, geniune interest, previous work, and competitive quote. We are very happy with the finished product and how it was delivered. Ian’s team were up against changable, often poor weather and some challenging circumstances, but were flexible and got the job done with an excellent attention to detail and finish. At the start of the project we shared an AI generated image of what we wanted, thats what we got. Would highly recommend their roughcasting and exterior renovation services. 10/10. We had a few quotes from local Roughcasting firms and was a wee bit apprehensive about using them as a new company but they absolutely mean business! Tracy kept us informed and even provided weather updates. Matt and his team did the roughcasting! Was the best decision we made! Saved over £1,000 on the previous quotes. This company did my mum's roof and roughcasting in Cumbernauld. The guys doing the work couldn't have been nicer and even helped my mum in with her shopping on a very wet day. I thought the price was very fair and all the work was completed within 10 days. 5 stars from us.
