unfortunately, an article of fraud is not the enforcement it is the solicitation by bad faith players after your Domain
unfortunately, this is a fraud company - what happens with registrar providers is after some time they too want to become a part of a registrant's success or potential success stories. Then the PDR sea monsters start to arise. So to be safe and to be certain. dot your eyes and cross your TEAS and have some financial support as you are not just another name listed on small piece of paper in a Huge PDR Registrant of Domains hat. A question of discrepancies to suspend, update, register or transfer a potential valuable digital assets domain name is not protected in the internet world. There is no set protocols to monitor fast passe employees at these organizations who's determine to make it big. Who doesn't in today's world.
In case your domain get's pulled out of the PDR hat, Go big on Publicity to bring awareness to its inner staff and competitors. Your benefit is attrition based and if you're lucky the PDR management may suspend an agent or two.

Hosting scammer websites
This hosting provider facilitates websites used for phishing and scams. Despite several attempts to contact them regarding the removal of these malicious sites, they have remained completely unresponsive
UPDATE (April 5
UPDATE (April 5, 2026): Domain reinstated after I filed an ICANN complaint (Case #01582847).
Original review: On March 31, 2026, PDR suspended my domain futurestraders.net without warning based on an anonymous complaint. The complaint was nothing more than screenshots of my pricing page, uploaded via Tor Browser to a PrivateBin instance hosted on PDR's own infrastructure (support-tools.com — WHOIS confirms PDR owns this domain).
PDR first claimed my site was "purporting to be a legitimate Financial Services Provider." When I disproved that — my site sells software, not financial services — they changed their reason to claiming I needed "proof of association with NinjaTrader." NinjaTrader's own Vendor Guidelines, forum staff, and support documentation all confirm that no affiliation is required for independent developers to sell strategies for their platform. Over 1,000 third-party developers do exactly this.
PDR violated their own published abuse handling process, which requires a warning before suspension for non-phishing/non-malware cases. They skipped that step entirely. I filed a complaint with ICANN citing violations of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA §3.18). Five days later, PDR reinstated the domain without explanation or apology.
If this happens to you: document everything, pull your server access logs, file an ICANN complaint at icann(.)org/compliance/complaint, and don't give up. They count on people not fighting back.
Financial fraud
Permitting illegal financial fraud on their platform.
If you report abuse, they merely regard it as "spam".
Impossible to report abuse
This registrar clearly couldn't care less that they're enabling scammers. If you send an abuse report by email they let you know it won't be read, and the reporting form you're sent to won't submit (endless loop). Stay away.
PublicDomainRegistry arbitrarily…
PublicDomainRegistry arbitrarily suspended my domain. Their Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is different with their own Domain Reseller’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). To make matters worse, they don’t even provide basic information about the complainant, making it impossible to resolve issues directly. Poor transparency, inconsistent policies, and a very frustrating experience.
Many of the domains registered by this…
Many of the domains registered by this bunch turn up in your inbox junk mail folder, as the destinations for scam emails. I suspect they're the ones sending them.
Zero Support and No Contact Info
Impossible to contact anyone for support. I wish I never used this registrar to register my domain. There is no contact information or support offered on their website, and after searching for half an hour I managed to find a random email address for them, to which they never replied to my inquiry. Do not use this company!!!!
Bublicdomainregistry destroyed my business
I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional conduct I experienced, which resulted in my domain being blocked without cause. This action has severely impacted my business, leading to a significant loss of clients. As a company, your priority should be to support and protect your clients’ work—not hinder their success. Please learn about customer care for moving forward.
Not there to help...anybody
I'm a fraud investigator. I asked PDR to forward a message to one of their registrants about their site being hacked - as a service to the innocent customer, and in the public interest. After sending various irrelevant or boilerplate replies, they finally said "we do not forward messages for...any form of assistance."
So that's something other registrars make provision for but not PDR.
Beware if you register a domain with PDR. If your site gets hacked, the first you hear of it may be when the Police come knocking.
Very bad Domain registrar
Very bad Domain registrar! Too slow work!
Very bad issue resolution. Blocking domains with no reason!
My claims is stretching with them from 8 november and after 11 days - no result!

They are hosting fraud websites and do not respond since they are profiting by them.
Stay away.
Fast deletion after abuse report.
Yes, scammers buy their domains there...
But I contacted them to delete one domain which is used by scammers and they actually made 0 problems.
After less then 24 hours the reported domain where gone. So I can say nothing bad about them so far.
It is a scam company,
In my case, I had significant problems with the company and its resellers of its services, and I feel it is my responsibility to warn other potential clients of the associated risks. First of all, the lack of help and customer support from PublicDomainRegistry was evident from the beginning. The queries and issues I tried to address seemed to fall on deaf ears, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless.
What's even more concerning is the possibility that your domain may be at risk of being stolen. The lack of security and the company's apparent indifference towards protecting its clients' assets are reasons enough to urge others to stay away from this entity.
In summary, based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise avoiding PublicDomainRegistry. The lack of support, combined with the possibility of loss of domain ownership, creates a discouraging outlook for any potential customer.
I hope my experience can serve as a valuable warning to those considering using the services of this company or its resellers.

also one of the criminal hosters and registrars. does not react to abuse reports...then they check for a long time...then the phising website should be blocked within 6 hours (why the hell does it take 6 hours to block a phising website) and then I realize that after 55 hours this phising website is still online
money is apparently more important than laws

Froud by Publicdomainregistry for clicklute.com domain
This is my individual domain clicklute.com. This is registered on fastcomet.com. This domain has been running for the last 3 years.
Now my website is going to top of google ranking.
But suddenly i got the email from publicdomainregistry.com that your website (As the domain name is involved in running an escort website, we shall not be in a position to unsuspend the domain name and it shall remain suspended.)
Your website has been restricted due to solicits for prostitution in India, where soliciting is a crime. My website was gaining good traffic on google after that suddenly they came here and restricted this domain without any earlier information or email.
They suspended my website without pre information.
According to the Indian Supreme court:
We are covered by the protections of the Article 21 (Constitution of India) According to the Supreme Court of India.
After all these happened I have mailed to fastcomet support and publicdomainregistry.
So Fastcomet said "Since the domain is suspended due to AUP violation, it will not be possible to update the Nameserver records until the domain is unsuspended."
And publicdomainregistry Said "As the domain name is involved in running an escort website, we shall not be in a position to unsuspend the domain name and it shall remain suspended."
According to that both are dealing to sell this domain without my permission and they are doing fraud with me.
If they have any problem then they should provide me with any evidence regarding that website so I can change or remove the content from the website which can be run.
Without any information they can't restrict this website or sell.
I have given my hard work for the last 3 years and now I got this website on google ranking and suddenly they restrict this website and try to sell on a high amount to others.
bankaccount phishing scam ignored by abuse department
I got a bankaccount phishing scam email, originating from one of their IPs. and sended the full header and the full email to their abuse department, but they denied to take action, because its "not enough evidence" for them, I should "elaborate it".
Obviously this company tries to protect their fraudulent customers and scammers, because sending full headers is standard procedure for reporting abuses.
I recommend to everyone having trouble with their abuse dep, to point to the ICANN conditions for registrars, and if they not take action, to submit a complaint to ICANN about this registrar.
