I got a bankaccount phishing scam email, originating from one of their IPs. and sended the full header and the full email to their abuse department, but they denied to take action, because its "not enough evidence" for them, I should "elaborate it".
Obviously this company tries to protect their fraudulent customers and scammers, because sending full headers is standard procedure for reporting abuses.
I recommend to everyone having trouble with their abuse dep, to point to the ICANN conditions for registrars, and if they not take action, to submit a complaint to ICANN about this registrar.

Contact form is not good at all. there is no email confirmation after submitting the online form!!!

Absolutely zero response from customer support, the enquires form doesn't work, phone calls go direct to voicemail and are not responded to.

This is the most unorganised joke of a registry they have no idea what is going on and try and steal domain names from the back end. They need to be investigated thorough by ICANN and have their license removed. Please make a complaint to ICANN if they try and block or remove your site without just cause.

Fraud/scam company. Must be shut down. No one ever answers the phone. They try to make themselves seem like a USA company but they are a sham company from pakistan. Beware. They are linked to Octalogo.com, makeitdigital.com, pda.com

This is a scam. The list of problems these criminals cause your domain is too long to list. Just don't get involved with them or anyone they resell through. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

poor communication, located in India but hiding behind the shell of reseller club, host gator. check who is registering your domains because when they stuff up, your dealing with the worst customer service and will have long down time waiting for contact as there is no number.

Lately since last 1 year, we have noticed that, when we register domain name with them (they also go by the name Resellerclub.com). they sell our contact information to other companies in India and we start getting calls in few days of registering the domain.

Someone from inside the Resellerclub.com either the management or the employees, I believe are selling the information to private website design companies in India.

I have been getting calls saying that "You recently registered this domain name "xyzdomain.com" and try to sell the web design or other services. On questioning one of the companies from whom I got a call they told them that they get information from Public Domain Registry if you don't make them private. So what I have started understanding is that Public Domain registry sells the new name that are registered to private companies without owners consent. I know when you don't make your domain private by paying extra that information is accessible to public via Who.is.

Never using resellerclub and public domain registry for domain or any other service.

publicdomainregistry.com is a registry for domain names and a hosting service.
Obviously it is used by criminals for sending spam or hosting landing pages.

The abuse-department may have a quiet job, because the mailbox' storage exceeds the allocated limit, so nothing can be reported.
