I ordered and received 6 bags of Ramen…
I ordered and received 6 bags of Ramen noodles and the Best Before date is Dec 2025. It’s a little upsetting for the shelf life was only two months. Why I had to pay for merchandise you would no longer sell in two months is beyond me.
My mistake
I realized as soon as I hit the "Order" button that I had forgot to change the delivery address. I emailed Customer Service right away and Margot answered me with in seconds. I sent her the correct address and she had it all taken care of. She is so nice!

I needed to cancel my membership with…
I needed to cancel my membership with Public Goods as my circumstances have changed. Nothing to do with that company. I have to say, Margot went above and beyond by securing me a refund for the membership I unknowingly was charged. Not everyone would do that!! Very impressed with them.

They continue to charge me for a subscription I do NOT have every year. There is no where to cancel it or do anything and it is a a huge headache. Do not ever order anything from this company!!

Simple, sustainable products and packaging help me keep a healthy home. I have been a member for years, as they do not disappoint. I order about once a month. Really love so many of their products, made without the toxins in name brand stuffs.
The sheets PUBLIC GOODS sold me reeked…
The sheets PUBLIC GOODS sold me reeked of a vomit like smell. The smell was formaldehyde used as sizing. The company at first sent me the Classic SHUT UP AND GO AWAY letter…but I pushed back…the sheet was $70. So they finally offered to let me return it. But image the poor women in the sweatshop in India where the sheet came from. I don’t think Public Goods is an ethical company at all.
I am advising my friends to avoid them. They stink.
