They resolved the issue to my satisfaction

I went through PublicRegistry to get information about my dad's property since he passed away. They are very sneaky with how they present things. I purchased a $35 membership I didn't mean to purchase. They also try to upsell stuff. Just be careful when and if you're searching for anything like that with this company.

I needed only one report. I was very disturbed to understand that I had signed up for a full subscription. The person online on the text who assisted me was wonderful. My issue was resolved very quickly.

There was a misunderstanding with the charge and they were really helpful and they cancelled it and refunded my money

I needed a refund, and the worker helped me out really fast. While, the site itself could better clarify the cost of its services, the customer service staff are on point

They claim to only charge you $1, but then charge $36 and another $7 and then $35 every month for doing nothing.

Absolute scam. All the positive reviews are probably fake.

Had an issue with the original access to receive information for a family member. Customer support helped me resolve it and we're super helpful

I was redirected from maricopa government site. The charge was suppose to be one dollar to get records. They charged my credit card 99 dollars. I could not access records and they tried to sell additional services. The help line did not assist. I would recommend highly that no one use this service.

This is the most responsive customer service I’ve seen in years. At no point did I get the usual runaround demanding more information. Very impressive. Thanks!!

i didn't read the fine print, i thought i was paying 1.00 for a single report - however, got charged 1.00 + 35.00 for a subscription that i didn't want or need. also... my search was for a person's name that was not included on the report when the results were returned - i was led to believe my search returned details for the name searched which was not the case.
