I didn't know it was going to start charging me monthly. It initially claimed to only be a one-time fee and then suddenly it was a monthly sub. I believe I was able to close it via the chat on their website but I won't know for sure til I can see no new charges appear for a month. I will be monitoring and will raise to 2* if it seems like I don't get charged again.

At no point did I receive an email receipt or confirmation showing that I had signed up for a recurring membership. After discovering the latest $30 charge, I contacted customer service through live chat, and they canceled the account and agreed to refund that charge.

I then reviewed their Terms page and could not find any mention of membership fees, recurring billing, or subscription pricing. I also never received any email detailing a $30 monthly charge or confirming enrollment in a subscription.

Based on my experience, the pricing and billing practices are not clearly disclosed. The information provided was publicly available elsewhere, and I would strongly recommend that others monitor their credit card statements carefully before using this service.

Quick service cancelling my account.

This company is a complete scam. they offer a PDR for $9 but you'll be charged MULTIPLE times. I was charged over $50 before I was able to close my account. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I paid their free to get some records. 1. The data they provided was super inaccurate.
2. They auto signed me up for a subscription I did not approve! So unethical!
