Excellent customer service. Emailed me and rectified the problem and sent me full replacement.
Excellent product, I had an issue with my pump that broke straight out of the box but the seller apologised and sent me out a full replacement. Overall review - customer service was 100% item was 100%

Issues with surfaces
I have now edited this review since the refund has been processed. The order was made by someone else as a gift and Punchr have since refunded them after having issues with the return label. However the product did not stick to my vinyl flooring at all, but was better on tiled surfaces.

Hello Justin, we have not received an email from yourself. Please send an email to contact@punchr.co so we can process a full refund.
Our return system was down for a day, hence there may have been a slight delay, as we pre-pay all customer return labels so they don't have to.
Please also note, our product only sticks to floor, flat, and non-porous surfaces. And if any customer orders a product and it does not stick, we send them a pre-paid return label for a full refund, or we send a full refund first. Depending on their region and condition of the product.

Whoever reads this look at all my other reviews in Trust pilot and Google so you know who to trust.
I have finally received a full refund but I feel this is only due to the continuous bad reviews I added to all of their Facebook posts. They are now asking me to remove this review however I feel it transparent of me to leave it up.
OMG....still lying about the emails. I sent you 5 emails and you replied to 3 of them, whilst I was trying to get a refund. LIERS and FRAUDS

We offered you a refund because its the right thing to do, not because of any reviews. You never emailed us once, so we hope other customers will voice their opinions first to us so we can help, as this is a better way to get things solved.
Good brand and product
Really happy with this product. The quality is solid and it feels well made. It sticks to most of the floors in my house—on the few it didn’t but they actually included sticky gel pads in the box, and with those it stays put anywhere.
You can tell the brand cares about their customers because of that.

Good, but has minor flaws
Works well and as expected, but suction cup didn’t stick at all to my tiles, but works well on granite. The washer doesn’t fit but dienst really affect yeh overall experience. Still recommend to but it, just a tad but overpriced.

Honestly…..
Honestly, the product arrived on time but whilst setting it up we had a few issues with some parts missing. Then when it was time to start punching the spring popped off from the bottom and completely broke. We didn’t land a single punch ! Now 0 response from customer support . Contacting the bank for chargeback

To be honest…..
To be honest, i didn’t expect this to be as well made as it is . Good strong bag and very responsive spring. Height adjustment could be an inch or two longer but overall very happy. This was a gift and arrived on time .🥊
