I had ordered a few of the same item in different colours. Only recieved half of what I ordered. I have followed up with emails. The response I got was your order is on its way, product in high demard. Clearly automated response. I have demand a refund to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give no starsthat is how I would rate them. I just to accept that I have wasted and lost my money. The product that I did receive did not quite do what it states it does on their site. Avoid Purais, do not waste your time or money! Dirty rotten scammers.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THiS FRAUD COMPANY!!! I ordered a food thawing tray from them Feb 20 2018 and still waiting. Tomorrow is April 1st and I feel like a fool. Emailed them twice with no response and can't find a phone # for them. Reporting them to our Better Business Bureau and our state Attorney General's office.

Worst company in the world. They failed to send product, then said they had and would not honour the purchase. Their solution; a 20% off voucher!!! Like I want to spend more money on a product and postage that won't ever turn up. This company is a scam

I am an avid online shopper. This company isn’t deserving of any stars..,. Horrible!! I ordered the spiral ear wax removal tool and received not only the WRONG product but something that resembled a toy purchased at a cheap novelty store! I threw it away, sent a complaint email , only to be asked to provide proof that I had received the wrong product !! Several weeks had already passed before my complaint was even acknowledged.
Enough said..... don’t do it!

I ordered from this company January 8,2018 and still haven’t received my order. Emailed them and nothing yet. It’s a scam. Wasted money.
Finally, I received an email that they are looking into the matter. The first week of February, I finally received my package.

Ordered ear wax twister. Took my money from PayPal, and was notified 3 months after that item was on the way. Another 2 months later, get an email my parcel had arrived. No, it didn't! I told them I never got it. They said I did so according to their tracking system. I have a community mailbox and mistakes are made my postal service. They refuse to refund me and claimed in bold letters that maybe a family member or neighbor took it.

I ordered hair wax in September. I still didn't have it in December.
Got an e-mail with a tracking number. My order was shipped but it was returned to Purais because the address was not correct. The address I gave them was perfectly fine.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and just got the notification that I will get my money back.

I’ve never been so mad about a product online than this one. Firstly, this order took FOREVER to ship to me. I waited 3 MONTHS FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2WEEKS MAYBE A MONTH AT MOST!! Not only did it take TWO extra MONTHS, but when I tried to contact someone I didn’t get a reply until today. 01/08/18. I made the order THREE months before November which is then when they decided to grace me with an answer. Second, I was NOT informed in any shape, way, size that one of the things needed for it wouldn’t be included. It did NOT say anything on the site when I ordered like they try to say in email. Thirdly, this is what I’m most mad about. They don’t tell you about the returning fees etc. But the fact they didn’t reach back to me after MONTHS is effing ridiculous!!!! On top of that!!!! They then decided to finally inform me that I only had 30 days AFTER PURCHASE to get a refund but it would only be store credit!!! Obviously I don’t want your effing STUPID USELESS products if I’m trying to return the dang thing!!!! Basically they are scam artists getting money for you to have no way of getting it back. They know this product is crap and that’s why they made sure you aren’t able to get money back. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother wasting your money when you’re better off going to the dollar store than this website. I’m so disgusted that they really waited till I couldn’t do a single thing to email me back. Oh and also, they have nothing but NEGATIVE reviews everywhere now goes to show how crap they are in the 5-6 months since I bought it. SAVE YOURSELF!!!!

Same experience as almost everyone commenting. Didn't ship in the time frame they advertised. Since I moved from the shipping address I tried to get a refund but they responded with generic message and no human interaction. Finally got a unique response that was answering my actual concern and said they would change my address for shipment but it's been 2 months and no item.

Worst company ever!! I ordered hair paste in October and have never received anything!!! Got e-mails saying it was shipped but never has arrived. Wish I had looked online at reviews before ordering. Never again!!

Ordered my item on 10/26/17 and never received it. All I got after complaining was a tracking number showing that it was still in China sitting for 1 solid month. No contact at all through emails. All they are saying is that the product was back ordered. I either want the product for order 75442 or give me my money back!! I will never purchase again from them nor make a recommendation for someone to buy from them. At this point I'd rather buy off of Craiglist instead of them. This is absolutely the worst company ever to deal with and I wish I could actually call to voice my opinion but again this is not a real company but a scam. Everybody avoid them.

Ordered the Ear Cleaner, got no answer for a whole month. Escalated dispute with PayPal, which made them ship. Took another month to arrive, but at least I got it. Not a really great product though - poorly-built, the tips have plastic pieces out of them and overall it isn't much useful for its purpose. But the worst was the consumer experience, can't really recommend buying anything there.

Terrible. Took my money, never received any product, or even any responses to my emails. No phone number to call.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. My item has not been shipped after 6 weeks and they do not reply to emails promptly. I would give zero stars if I could

Waited 6 weeks for the Spiral Ear Cleaner. It finally arrived after I inquired about it. The product was Dirty. I emailed back to get a complete refund. They replied with a generic message basically saying they won't process it and instead just offer store credit and I would have to send the product back with my own funds. The product was hardly packaged in a sanitary manner.
I will never purchase from them again.
They will also delete negative reviews from their site.

I would give zero stars if I could. Company is uncommunicative and item has not been shipped after over 6 weeks since purchase. They refuse to refund items that are never shipped. This company is a scam.

Order in September, One month later still no goods and no reaction on complaint.

Ordered an ear cleaner, got a set of cheap veneer teeth (after waiting for 2 months). It took a while, but they eventually fixed the order & sent me the correct item.

same experience as everyone else unfortunately, I ordered something 7 weeks ago, they sent me a shipping notification, but nothing arrived, and the emails they send me back every time is identical that I should check with my friends and family, they have never provided the courier name or the tracking number. I bought this after seeing an advert on Facebook. Why are facebook not vetting the companies that they allow to advertise ! these people are clearly complete scam artists.

i ordered black mask last September and until now i haven't received my order, tried to email many times to know what happened but they just replied to wait, 2 months have passed and still to wait, never again 😤
