SCAM! Do NOT be Scammed. Ordered a hair gel 9 weeks ago but never received anything. Asked for a refund but got no reply. Order from Amazon or other places, or you lose your money forever.

I wish I could call these people scam artists but there's nothing artistic about them. They flat-out took my money 8 weeks ago and haven't sent the product nor informed me that it's been shipped. When you try to contact them, you get an automated response like 1 second after you hit "send" on your email.

SCAM!! Ordered from them almost 10 weeks ago, and I haven't even received a shipping confirmation let alone the product itself! I've emailed them 3 times and each time I just get the same automated response apologizing for their backup due to high demand, that my product is due to ship out in the next few days, and "here's a 20% off your next purchase on us." BS response from a company with no intention of fulfilling any orders, just scamming people out of money.

Ordered a month ago and still haven't received anything. They don't respond to e-mails and there is no phone number available to call.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Is there anyway how can i refund?

Has been 6 weeks since purchase and they haven’t sent me any shipping info. So far wrote 3 emails and everyone of them they had replied promising shipping info. Still no shipping info. Truly acceptable. Report them to BBB Los Angeles office

ordered something over 7-8 weeks ago and requested to cancel for a refund about 3 weeks ago. I've emailed several times, and they responded saying my order had shipped. so you're not going to refund me because all of a sudden my order shipped? i sent the same email request, and i got another email a week later saying your order has now shipped. so they just sent me a shipping email to mess with me, and now my order has maybe shipped for real? they keep sending the same email in response, that 'the product is in high demand and we're sure you'll love it' I DON'T WANT IT AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. waiting 12+ weeks for an order is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I've already filed a dispute with my cc company. DO NOT ORDER FROM PURAIS.

Awful company! This company is a SCAM! Ordered last Sept. 5 and until now no product yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hope they get their karma sooon! Disgusting company!

I have the same experience and sentiments as the other reviewers. I ordered something on 9/21.

I paid with PayPal so I was able to retrieve the email address and wrote them asking why I have received it. I received an autoresponder message stating my purchase would arrive in 5-7 days and gave me a discount code for 20% off my next purchase. I would get a whole $1.80 off!!!

I filed a complaint with PayPal so this company is on notice. I'm not going to see my order and expect to get my money back.

It's now been over a month and no product. Don't fool with this company. Nothing should take a month in this day and age.

About 3-4 weeks ago I ordered a product. I haven’t received any notifications that the product had been shipped. I emailed their support and they reverted back to me saying the dispatch is 5-7 business days and delivery up to 6 weeks. As of now, no news from my item.
As a result, I have bought an item that I have never received, I received no tracking notification while I paid for it and I have no option for refunds.

I feel like it is a SCAM. Do not buy from them.

Terrible! Ordered more than a month ago and just yesterday received notice that product has shipped and will take *weeks* longer to get here. Steer clear of this awful company!

I ordered an item from this company Never received the product. I emailed the company, but have yet received a reply. I am believing this company is a REAL SCAM!

This company is absolutely a scam. They have sort of reliable looking website, but if you check any product reviews, they have all been written on the same day.

Also, on the left corner you see an inconspicuous amount of orders popping up at a rate that is not consistent with the number of traffic their page gets.

I was stupid enough to order some products from them, and they charged my credit card for 32 USD. I received a confirmation to my e-mail, but the products were never sent, neither was there even a shipping confirmation.

You would serve yourself well to avoid this site at all costs.
