Puralife Water Filters Opiniones 

I believe everyone who buys from this company will soon be very disappointed as there has been no contact from the owner Rob. I’ve ordered filters but have had no contact. He put a WhatsApp storey saying he’s back working from the 7th of August but there’s still nothing. Looks like another flop of a company leaving loads of people with no way of purchasing replacement filters for there equipment purchased from this company. If any one has links to suppliers please reach out.

We purchased a HydRO+ reverse osmosis water filtration system from Puralife for over £1,000 in November and unfortunately our experience has been extremely poor.

After only a short period of use, the machine developed faults and eventually leaked/flooded.

We contacted Puralife and were told to send the unit back for repair at our own cost, despite the product being faulty. We did so, but when the machine was returned to us it was still leaking, still faulty, had visible damage, and was even returned with filters/parts missing that we had originally sent with it.

We were then told replacement parts would take over a month to arrive. By this point, we had already spent months dealing with faults and delays and had only had a few weeks of actual use from a system costing over £1,000.

Most concerning, the owner (Rob) admitted to us in writing that the most recent batches of HydRO+ systems had been a “complete nightmare”, that they had received over 12 customer complaints in one week, and that there were widespread manufacturing issues.

Given this, we requested a full refund, as we no longer had confidence in the product and did not wish to continue with repeated repairs and delays.

Since requesting the refund, we have received no response whatsoever.

We chose Puralife because they came highly recommended and we wanted to support a smaller independent business. That makes this experience even more disappointing.

After months of leaks, faults, failed repairs, missing parts, additional expense (including buying bottled water), and now being ignored, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Avoid at all costs

From the moment this unit was installed, we had issues - the first being the LED display on the specialised tap not working.

The leaflet had directions to the company website, where there was no video to demonstrate anything.

We contacted the WhatsApp number and dealt with one guy, Rob. He responded by asking for videos of the issue. We asked for an engineer to come out and he said that there weren’t any.

That raised concerns but we pressed on. We were told that a replacement tap would be sent out. Nothing arrived.

We continued with the product until, a few months later, it stopped working. An error light went on for the hydrogenated water and the product continued to bleep continuously. This meant we had to switch it off in order not to be driven insane.

Emails were sent to customer service as well as to Rob who we assumed was technical support. Customer service didn’t respond. Rob did. He asked for videos to be sent. We did as asked. Then he asked for more videos. Again we did as asked. No engineer was sent. No solution was given. Only that he’d look into it and admitted that these models were a nightmare.

Customer service was contacted again. Again no response. The device was out of order for a month and we again contacted Rob, not having heard anything back since uploading pointless videos of the product with the error display flashing .

Finally, we asked that the unit be repaired, replaced and installed by the company, or we get a refund.

Rob responded by telling us to contact the manufacturer’s WhatsApp number… in China!

From our point of view, the company has demonstrated no responsibility or duty of care to their customer and has reneged on their obligations according to consumer law.

From our experience, this is not a legitimate company as it hasn’t honoured its warranty. We feel it’s been a one-man operation who imports products from China and has set up a nice website with a customer service number and email to make the public think they’re buying a good product from a legitimate company. In our estimation, it’s an appalling product with no service.

Avoid.

Excellent product and I couldn’t be happier. The water quality is fantastic, and Rob’s service is outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m a very happy returning customer (I’ve had it a year now and returning for more). I would highly recommend PuraLife Water Filters.

Rob was very professional and explained all the options to me. I ordered the POE filtration and it has worked wonders. Just drinking the filtered tap water and I notice a difference. Hes highly professional and available at all times to answer questions you may have. Would highly recommend.

Great Filters! I've used these filters for over a year now and both the tap and shower water feel so much better. Rob provided excellent customer service and recommended a plumber for installation too. The installation wasn't easy, but I was in good hands!

We bought our RO filter just over 8 months ago and the service provided by Rob was great. Helped with all our technical questions and helped us settle on a solution that worked for us. 8 months on got great tasting water. We couldn't imagine going back to just tap water

Absolute scam item doesn’t work, shipped from china no water quality and performance testing. Not NSF approved.

Just over a year now I put my trust with Rob and his company. Rob's passion and professionalism has made the daunting experience of buying a reverse osmosis system and a POE system extremely easy.
He was always available on WhatsApp when I had a questions (I had a few!) and always offered support with video calls to help explain or help me install things myself!

The 2 systems themselves work perfect - the RO osmosis makes the tap water taste just like mineral water (because it is), and the POE system makes having a shower or a bath a lot more enjoyable and if you have sensitive skin it's transformative! No more itchy and dry skin!
Initially there was a strange smell/taste with the RO tap water, not due to anyone's fault but the way the actual filters were installed. The final filter before the water reaches the glass was a volcanic mineral filter which gave the water an eggy/sulphurous smell and taste. Not to worry as Rob was on it straight away and we figured out that we just had to change the end filter to the charcoal filter to remove any odd smells or tastes. Job done, water tasted great again!
I have since been telling everyone in the neighborhood they need to get one, especially if you have children!
Very very very happy and also PROUD of having such a cool looking water filtration system in my little home, it's definitely something of a hidden feature of the house now!

A year down the line now, and we're going to be changing the filters - we've had no issues or malfunctions with the two systems!

I’ve had my water filter for over a year now and I can’t rate it higher it’s perfect for me an my family. It is cost effective as I have saved on buying plastic water bottles an have better quality drinking water with alkaline ph water.
Thanks to Rob his customer communications with me was great always available to answer my questions, offered clear and helpful guidance when my plumber was fitting along with step by step guidance, and made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

I highly recommend the products and the team at PuraLife. If you’re considering a water filtration system, this is the way to go.

From the moment I enquired about filters the customer service has been excellent. The team were on hand to answer all my questions no matter the time or day. Even though we had a small fault with our system, Rob kindly arranged a new filter to be sent out even after the 30 days and took time to talk me through re-fitting it. The water tastes amazing and I feel comforted in the fact I’m giving my family the cleanest drinking water. I recently had ro+alk system fitted in my house and all I can say is I m so impressed with it.i m amazed the the fact this mashine take all the bad stuff out of your water and gives your pure clean water.and I m drinking more water everyday and I feel good for it.and I don't have to spend money on water bottle anymore.i would recommend this mashine to anyone who ever thinking about getting one.and I do think everyone should get this Filtration system in there house cos, the water we are drinking isn't clean water.i would like to thank Rob who guided me to get the right system for my house.thanks again for purelife

We purchased the whole house water softener system and the HydRO+ Advanced System for the kitchen drinking water and are happy with both. The water tastes great, and even our cats and dog drink more than usual. We can tell they can’t get enough of it. Customer service is brilliant. Rob went out of his way to ensure everything was running smoothly and contacted us more than once to check. We have had many kitchen water filter systems in the past; this is by far the best, even down to the water pressure from the tap. The others were merely annoying dribbles that the manufacturers blamed on water pressure in our area. This water shoots out strong and has a more palatable and thin consistency that just glides down the throat, hydrating and leaving you craving more.  We are pleased with both systems and highly recommend the PuraLife Water Filters.
