New to these & found them so supportive & informative! Brilliant customer service whenever needed, being super responsive! We are renting our property so were worried that meant we couldn’t have these, but turns out we could! Really excited to now have these & live a healthier life!

The staff at puralife water filters couldn’t do enough to accommodate for us. They explained everything step by step with fitting the filters and answered any questions we had, The communication was second to none. The filters have been and still are incredible! Amazing customer service and amazing filter system. Water tastes fresh and very clear, already seeing results with hair and skin. Water is lightweight and way more softer than the severe hardwater we had in our house. I really recommend investing in the POE3000 whole house filter and softener system as well as the RO+ALK System.

We couldn’t be happier with our new POE3000 water softener and Reverse Osmosis system (RO+ALK). We could feel a difference straight away. The products are great and the customer service is fenomenal. The Pura Life customer service was very helpful throughout the whole process.

I could not speak highly enough of this company. From the very beginning when I was enquiring about the filters the customer service has been amazing and even after I received both of my filters they have still been in contact to check everything was ok. I was struggling to find a decent plumber who I could trust, so again I got back in contact with PuraLife and they had arranged for an amazing plumber (Jordan) to come round the next day. Honestly I am just blown away with how good this company is. It’s not often you come across companies who are as helpful and kind as these guys.
My partner and I have not drank tap water in years and try our hardest to not give it to our children as we know just how awful it actually is. My partner could not believe how amazing the water tasted after our RO+ALK filter was fitted. His words were “OMG this actually tastes better than Volvic” and he is a right water snob LOL. I recently purchased the whole house water filter system and the Reverse osmosis water filter system. The systems are the best on the market by far. Very happy knowing I have clean water throughout my house. Would not trust the rancid water that comes through our taps. Everyone needs on of these.
