The worst company I've had to deal with
The worst company I've had to deal with. I ordered enough juices for a week. They arrived with 1 day on the use by date. I contacted Purearth to complain and I got a holding response. 3 weeks later still no reply. Complete waste of money and really poor service.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! Obtaining money through deception! My juice cleanse was due to be delivered Monday 12th September and it just didnt turn up! I have e-mailed this company 12 times and had no response, there is an automated voice message saying closed due to sickness. They have disabled all comments on social media.
I am appalled with this company! I am going to be talking to my bank to see what they can do, but essentially they are just robbing people of money.
Criminal!
I would expect better ethics from a wellness company!!!!
Total disgrace!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible Customer Service, Order Did Not Come
So disappointed with the service I have received. Product was due for delivery in September but never arrived. Emails have been ignored, telephone calls are not answered. £170+ of my money has vanished and I am liaising with the bank for
support. I could have chosen to purchase a juice cleanse elsewhere but instead I purchased from this company as I have followed them on social media for years and was drawn in by their 50% offer. I am really angry to see that others are experiencing this issue at present. I hope nobody else will purchase from them as this is unacceptable. Pure Earth should be ashamed of themselves to continue having offers on their website for a product that nobody has received. The website should provide updates at the very least and not allow additional orders from new and unknowing customers. Absolute shambles and disgrace!

I was due to receive my order 8th September. They're no longer responding to my emails, and they've just put an automated message saying their staff are sick. Maybe it's karma from stealing money. I'm claiming my money back via credit card company.

Same as the below. My mum ordered juices from them and there is no sign of them. She has emailed them twice and called a bunch of times and she’s had no response. They’ve disabled the comments on social media and still have the website up and running which is sad because it means they are still scamming people of their money. Do not order from this company please, you will not get a response or your money back. I feel so bad for my mum having spent so much money on them!!!!!!!

Gone massively downhill - now bust?
I have ordered previously and had a really great experience. The juices are fantastic and the service and quality was 10/10.
I've been bitterly disappointed with the communication on my latest cleanse. I was expecting 2 deliveries - the first came with no issues, however, the 2nd which was due on 8th Sept never arrived. Same as the previous few reviews below, I've had no response to my attempts to communicate and no juices. I agree - they perhaps have gone bust but still taking orders.

BEWARE taking orders and not delivering
Im convinced they have gone bust but still taking orders.
Placed an order for a weeks worth of cleanse juices.
Delivery never came and no replies to email, social media and no one answering phones.
BEWARE!!!!
Also Purearth have commented on my review (see below) - to try an add false confidence to people wanting to order. But they still have not corresponded with me in any other way regarding my order or refund.

Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order and 48 bottles of the Ginger and Tumeric shots are missing. I have sent three emails, and DM on Facebook and Instagram and have received no communication. When you call the number it always go through to an Answerphone. Be very careful!
