Does exactly what it says on the tin@
Polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable team. Perfect installation for my particular kitchen cupboard layout. Product is exactly as described and has made a huge difference to our water supply which was very hard. No more nasty limescale in kettles, around taps etc and most importantly soft water has improved our skin, hair & nails. Use of harsh products has diminished and now using far less soaps, detergents, bathing products etc. All round win!

Great products - installation not good
The product is excellent, but the installation of the additional elements was lacking (ie water purifier and Quooker tap) leads and pipes hanging down under the sink, with no consideration about us being able to use a 1000mm under sink unit for anything else.
Not sure if this was their usual installer, but it wasn't good.
It's the worst part of our beautiful new kitchen.
Added to that - no follow up to check if we were happy and no contact until 3 months later - for this review.

After installing a water softener I was a little disappointed that there still seemed to be signs of white residual on my taps and marks on my shower glass screens
Until they sent someone to clear my filter now all is clear I am very happy my filter

Informative visit by the representative from Pure choice. All queries answered.
The fitter was was very helpful and efficient. He frabricated a shelving unit in the cupboard next to the Pure unit. This meant I could accommodate all my equipment into the cupboard with little disruption.

What a fabulous experience with Pure Choice. From booking the initial consultation through to the fitting of our softener.
Michael visited us and spent a lot of time going through the options that would be available to us in our 3 storey 300 year old house. This enabled us to really hone in on the best way to utilise the softener.
We were also very fortunate as there had been a cancellation and our softener was fitted the very next day.
Well explained, thorough survey, easy fitting and overall a truly great service.

From start to finish, our experience with PureChoice has been excellent. The sales representative arrived on time, carried out a thorough review of our existing water supply, and clearly explained what we needed and where it should go. There was no pressure at all—just helpful, honest advice that let us make an informed decision.
The engineer installed our Hague Maximizer 410 Water Softener in half a day, and the difference in our water quality was noticeable straight away. The water is now much softer, and we’re really enjoying all the benefits that come with it. We only wish we’d done it years ago!
I can highly recommend PureChoice to anyone considering a water softener.
