Is the most expensive water softener.OK but they make appointments but don't keep them or let you know they are not coming. Installed eventually on third attempt in August 24 stopped working Feb 25 and have not come to mend it when they said they would. Very disappointed wish I'd used a cheaper company so much for their 10 year guarantee

I needed a water softener to tackle my problems with hard water. Pure choice explained the options clearly and explained how the unit worked and the costs involved.
The unit was fitted by an engineer who did a wonderful professional job and I am very pleased with the result.

Michael was very informative and knowledgeable about the various options on offer. There was absolutely no hard selling going on. When we made our mind up on the system we wanted it was installed within a week. The technician who installed it was very quick and efficient, left no mess at all. Another very positive thing is that when you ring pure choice the phone is mostly answered and they are happy to ring back and answer any questions, so their customer service is excellent. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Pure Choice.

The Pure Choice plumber fitted our replacement water softener on the 29th October. He was extremely neat and tidy with his work and completed the removal of our old water softener and fitting of the new water softener without any problems. Despite some extra plumbing work to be done during the fitting, all went very well. He also disposed of the old unit. A very professional job.

Pure Choice replaced our water softener for an updated version.Space was constrained but we were very pleased with the professionalism and neatness shown by Tim, the installer. We have always found Pure Choice to be a straightforward firm to deal with.

I have used Pure Choice for a number of years and they have been consistently reliable so when my water softener stopped working I put in a call and made an appointment for a week later. The technician had bad news, there were 2 things wrong, one of which could be repaired but not the other, so I opted for a new machine which was installed a couple of days later. The plumber who came did an excellent job and also kindly attended to a leaky valve on the separate water filter.

Communication was good from the start and Ashley and Tim were able and competent in their respective roles. My only gripe (minor) was the lack of comms ref the lack of response when I paid using on-line banking. Apart from that all is well!
