Top class company
We were having real problems with signal from our provider so contacted Pure Communication and Lee Flynn not only got us out of our contract but put us with a different provider with much better coverage but also saved us a small fortune. He made the whole process very easy and his communication with us went far beyond what was expected. Great job guys and girls keep up the good work

Mobile phone & Laptop contracts confuse me at the best of times, Lee and his team were first class in all aspects of our changing provider. Pure's competitors could learn a lot from these guys.

I have had a really positive experience. PCG offered great value for money , and just as important kept me informed at every stage.

Excellent service!
Autocraft Equipment Ltd used Pure Communications for new iPhones for our staff. We found PCG to be really helpful and they looked after us through the whole process of changing from one provider to another. They even managed to save us money in the process!
The attention to even the samllest detail often makes the biggest differences! Well done to them, and thank you to Ben who looked after us.

An exceptional well grounded company. Professional from the outset and very friendly. They make you feel important to them and they are very appreciative of your business. What was refreshing was how they constantly kept you in the loop with regular updates. Their aftercare philosophy echos mine. Keep and look after your customers for life. From enquiry to the phone being in my hands was the matter of days. They got me a fantastic deal with Vodafone and gave me the phone I've been after since its launch a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G.
