Pure Heavenly Ltd Opiniones

Good service, excellent chocolate overall extremely satisfied. Now a Heavenly chocolate member.

I have been searching for years for a chocolate suitable for Diabetics. NOW I've found one. Not cheap but exceptionally good quality and value. Well worth every penny. Thank you. Thank you.

i have redone this review as the company contacted me about my problem and quickly refunded me.

Bought for a present, great service and the recipient said she loved them, got a mixed boxed selection

I am so pleased with this chocolate. I had become a bit of a chocolate addict after pigging out at Christmas and just felt gross. I ordered this and it’s done exactly what I wanted - it gives me that little chocolate hit WITHOUT making me crave more..and more..and more.. A few pieces a day and I’m good.
Now, if you want that melt-in-your mouth delight like the likes of Galaxy or Milky Bar, you won’t get it from this but really, there’s got to be some small compromise for the lack of bad ingredients. I still think it’s got a decent texture though and the flavours are very good.
Price is definitely a little steep (my order worked out at £1.45 per 30g bar and I could get a 100g bar for 99p elsewhere) but right now, I’m happy to pay a bit extra to stop me piling on the pounds and giving myself diabetes.
Delivery also good, arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Would love to see free delivery, even if the total price is the same - it’s a psychological thing!

Delicious chocolate treats full of flavors without the guilt.. nicely packaged too.

The chocolate is lovely. However I do think that the sugar should be reduced a bit but they are tasty.

Very pleased with the advent calendar I came very quickly thanks

Excellent service as always and the chocolate is out of this world highly recommend Try it

I love this product! Coconut and mint are my favourites.
I had a slight issue with a recent order that didn’t arrive- Molly sorted out a resend immediately and the delivery arrived so quickly.
Pure heavenly is my un-guilty pleasure 😊

Loved this chocolate delivery was very quick I’m going to place another order very soon so no complaints from me

Website was easy to navigate and order arrived the next day. Very impressed!

Lovely chocolate. Such a shame the fruit and nut is discontinued.

Tried most of the flavours from the taster pack I bought. The lime & lemon one feels too artificial but hazelnut & silk ones are really yummy.
Absolutely love the fact its almost sugarfree.

After receiving 2 orders, both of which were damaged, the customer service was very poor. After initially being told I could have a refund, I was then asked to return the order, at my own expense, so the company could "investigate" the damage. After several weeks of emails and phone calls and being told that due to Covid they are unable to resell the products,(!!) and no refund would be given, I have reluctantly given up on receiving any refund/ apology and in future will avoid this company.

Lovely chocolate as always and loving the new white chocolate too.

Excellent service. So prompt and efficient. Some good flavours among products. The new dark raspberry is the best ever!! Love the low sugar and natural products but even more coco content would be even better.

Very good chocolates. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection of flavours. Easy to order. Quick delivery. Delicious, guilt free, snack.
