I have several snuggy hoods rugs for my horse with sweet itch, these are the only rugs that have ever given her any relief (over 30 years). She still rubs and scratches on things but does not do the same damage to her skin, tail and mane. She does therefore rip and tear the rugs on occasion, Snuggyhoods supply a repair kit with the rug including fabric and velcro. I had used all my supplies and was stuck so I asked if they could supply me some more, they kindly agreed and only charged me for the postage. The member of staff I contacted - Becky was really helpful and friendly. I really value this Company, excellent products and service. Well done!

Nach meiner ursprünglichen Bestellung bekam ich eine Email, dass die gewünschte Decke leider doch nicht in der bestellten Größe vorrätig sei und es wurde gefragt, ob ich eine andere Farbe nehmen würde. Alternativ wurde mir die Stornierung meiner Bestellung angeboten mit dem Hinweis, dass demnächst eine neue Lieferung eintreffen würde. Ich entschied mich für die Stornierung und bestellte die gewünschte Decke zwei Wochen später erneut und sie wurde trotz Lieferung aus England nur zwei Tage später zugestellt! Die Decke selber ist super durchdacht und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Sowohl mein Pferd als auch ich sind schwer begeistert.
Leider bekam ich nach der Stornierung eine Email von Paypal, dass die Rückzahlung fehlgeschlagen sei. Auch hier reichte wieder eine kurze Email an Snuggyhoods und innehalb weniger Stunde hatte ich eine sehr nette Antwort in meinem Email Postfach sowie das Geld über Paypal zurückgezahlt. Wenn es doch überall so einen grandiosen Kundenservice gäbe… Ich werde definitiv noch öfter hier bestellen!

I cannot thank Snuggy hoods for reacting so quickly as I needed the rug urgently.. literally ordered at lunchtime today and on its way to be delivered tomorrow .. it needed extras sewing on as well so someone worked bloody quickly thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart 💓

Brilliant service and terrific products

What can I say?! I absolutely adore this rug! It comes so pretty, all wrapped up neatly and in a bow, inside a lovely cotton drawstring bag. Exactly as described, fits my horse perfectly and such top quality material. I was so excited to get this and put it on my girl who's struggling with bitten udders and underbelly. The udder cover is great and really doing the job. I did call customer service at first to ask about whether the udder cover would be stitches already as I hadn't seen the additional service of sewing, and the lady I spoke to was so polite and helpful. I actually cant stop banging on about the love I have for this rug. I was devastated when I bought my horse in the next day covered in mud. It drys fast, and despite being thicker material, it's not hot for the horses. Mine is such a hot horse and this suits her really well. Thank you SnuggyHoods.

The service was outstanding. The fit is superb and it's very simple to wear. The quality is impressive!

I bought the pull on one initially but found my horse didn't like the amount of material that needed to be pulled over his head. Snuggy Hoods were extremely helpful and switched it immediately for a zipped one which is brilliant- very easy to put on, extremely high quality, and will definitely keep him clean and snug!

This is the best Sweet Itch Rug my 32-year-old Welsh Cob stallion has ever had!!! Since I'm ordering from Germany, I was a bit skeptical about the quality, fit, etc. for a long time. Completely unnecessary! I chose the combination of Sweet Itch Rug, Summer Turn-Out Hood, Leg Covers and Sheath Cover. Everything fits perfectly and is very well thought out. Now I'm actually sorry I didn't help my 'old man' with Snuggy Hoods sooner! Thank you for this brilliant protection!

I was really pleased with the quality of the products, they are very well made. What a fabulous product! It’s easy to put on, no more itchy grumpy horse, happy horse and happy owner. Should you buy one? Absolutely! What’s more they were endlessly patient with me phoning every 2 minutes about sizing. 🤗

Snuugy hoods are just an amazing product and definitely a must have in my barn. I find the fit and quality of them be second to none. There headless hoods are my favourite. I have one horse that constantly has her mane rubbed and they are the only neck rug I use on her. They are a professional to deal with orders always arrive in a timely manor. It will be money well spent on their products.

Good protection from insects, quite durable and easy to put on considering its close fit. I hope these continue to be available in Australia.

This is the best fitting bug rug I’ve ever bought. I ordered it from the Netherlands and it was here in 2 days. I put it on this morning and she rolled with it today. It didn’t move or turned on her. Tonight she was calm and relaxed and didn’t feel the need to scratch at all.

Perfect fit and great quality

Brought 2 identical items the same size within a couple of week of each other.
The first fit well however the second really rubbed my mares poor face. A sore bigger than the size of a £2 coin completely rubbed raw.
After a lengthy back and forth discussion jumping through hoop after hoop it was established that the second item was faulty and made wrong and not the size correctly.
At this point I was feeing extremely frustrated and they wanted me to launder and return the item In order to resell.
As of yet they won't send a replacement or refund me.
