Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the delivery timing of your hamper.
After reviewing your order details, I see that 4 Hampers were sent to 4 different locations and of that 3 were delivered on time .. At the time of writing there is still one sitting at the Post Office awaiting collection as it couldnt be delivered and wasnt safe to leave.
We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for special occasions, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion. Your experience is very important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
