Unable to change my delivery option so the gift box sent to the hospital 2 days after the recipient had been discharged. Total waste of a lot of money.

Hi Linda,
We have a 30-minute grace period after an order is placed to amend delivery options. This is stated in the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. After this window, once the order has been processed.
When you reached out, I asked for the address the recipient was being discharged to so we could attempt to have the parcel redirected. We were prepared to assist, however we didn’t receive the updated address to proceed.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They did not do same day or overnight delivery as claimed was their signature strength and so my hamper was not delivered on the day intended for the recipient. Will not be using this company again as there are plenty of alternative options.

Good quality with reliable delivery
I’ve ordered two Purely Gourmet hampers now—one for Christmas and the other for a birthday—and have been very happy both times. I don’t live in the same city as my parents and brothers so it’s great to have a local business in Melbourne that can guarantee on-time local delivery. I loved the Xmas Gift Boxes, a variety of items to help my family in Melbourne celebrate, however I’m not impressed that I ordered 2 Gift Boxes for the same address and they turned up approx 5 days apart.
