TOTAL CRAP, DON'T TRUST, WON'T REFUND.

Complete con, thought I was buying from a trusted buying guide, all false. Arrived with no card, although it was supposed to be included, then it just didn’t work. Now negotiating with China - I hadn’t realised at the time of buying. They want to offer me 15% of the price and to keep a completely useless article. I fear I have lost my money - Do Not Buy!

I bought this doorbell camera as it said no subscription. No hidden fees. What a bloody lie. Within 10 minutes a message pops up saying if you want to continue reviewing the camera footage you need to subscribe. I used the ai functions then this popped another message saying you need another subscription for this. Total con. I've requested a refund.

First off there was no night vision much too dark. No instructions available. The inside chime stop working and was only heard on mobile. Returning seemed impossible as it's to China with tracking. Decided to count my loss and to do a more through check next time. This one is for the bin, it is describe as 9.5 but more a 2.0 not very intelligent.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but after unpacking and setting up this dreadful doorbell, I felt really cheated and let down by this useless product, what a scam this is ,as advertised as a good quality doorbell, video quality is non existent, what a waste of money, please please don’t buy this doorbell,

Absolutely useless product. Picture quality awful, battery life useless. Complete waste of money.

Terrible product avoid at all costs. No PIR detection that actually works, the night time view is not what is advertised, I have stood in front of it and waved - no detection. they offered 15% money back to keep it - i declined i want a full refund, now I have to return to china! these are under ten pounds on temu - avoid

Scam product, stay away. Complete false statements of subscription free, won't work properly unless you pay at least £60/year. I'm sending back, but by the reviews I've seen I won't get my money back.

Do not buy pure peeki. The customer service is probably the worse service I have ever received. I bought 2 doorbells. Soon as the were delivered I fitted them. One at front and 1 at back. The back one was faulty straight away. Memory card failure. After 4 days the front one stopped working. The camera shut off and I complained about both.
The refused any sort of compensation at first said I will need to return to China at my own cost. They have now agreed to only 30% refund for 2 faulty doorbells.
Ridiculous. Do not buy this make at all. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Very hit & miss. Certainly not as good as the reviews i saw. Picture quality not great.

Poor product supplied, video doorbell .
Faulty screws, poor camera resolution , no security with unit ( you can just slide the camera off its mount ).
Good communication on email.
Offered me 10% refund to keep the doorbell camera.
I declined this offer and now if I want a refund must post whole unit back to China at own expense !

Do not buy this doorbell camera.

Once ordered if you try to cancel you have to not only cancel within 6hrs of ordering, but when you do they send an email where you have to confirm a cancellation and because this arrived in my junk email I hadn’t responded to that email in time, even though I sent customer services an email asking to confirm the cancellation within the 6hrs because I thought it was strange not to have received the email within 1hr or so. Absolute scam.

Faulty product received! We were on holiday when the smart doorbell was delivered so as soon as we returned we set it up. It worked for one day only then the camera stopped working and it wouldn't connect to any of the apps that were suggested. I contacted them but their policy states you have to raise a problem within 7 days of delivery?? What if it stopped working after this period anyway! It was delivered on 29th June 2026 and we returned from our holiday on 13th July 2026 when we installed the product. By 15th July 2026 it stopped working - this is only 2 weeks from delivery! I have sent several emails but keep getting quoted the 7 days policy. Ridiculous!! Avoid at all costs!!
