Poor customer service and product. Tried to cancel my subscription because the product is not working for me. Being charged for the second time. Asked for a refund and being completely ignored. Pure scam
100% a scam!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY!!! WARNING!! SCAM
Never recieved my order after an email advising the product was on back order. After following it up they advised there was a delay due to customs seizing the good and would be sent after 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks I followed up with their customer support asking for an update but no response. After 4 weeks off chasing it up still no response. Looks like they are happy to take my money without delivery the product.
Total scam!!! Watch out!
None of the links to contact work and socials don't belong to them.
Took $200 payment and nothing. No email, no confirmation of payment. Silence.
Scum.
Product never arrived and they stopped replying to emails. Scam, be careful!
Bought CJC1295 no DAC with bac water. Came sealed and labelled properly. Had a question and support got back pretty fast. Happy with it.
