Customer service is awesome and I cut my bill in half!!! Love Purtalk so far after switching 3 months ago.

Follows up with an email with my guaranteed for life price plan.

When I switched to Pure Talk I was not sure what to expect. The price was great and the promise to not raise my bill for as long as I am with the company was very enticing. So I switched. I have three phones on the system and so I have questioned the other users what they think. Non of us can even tell that we switched from on of the huge carriers. We have never had any problems. Customer Service us great (if you even need to use them). This has been one of the best moves I have ever made. Our family are Pure Talk customers for life. Thank you!

Easy to sign up, easy to get our phones switched over, good coverage, great plan, low cost. Puretalk is a flat out no brainer.

I am mixed about Pure talk. The voicemail takes too long to check (we don't need to know what phone number the call originated from.) otherwise the service is great.

so far we are happy with the service,we live in a remote area in wi,,we are not happy with our phones,i dont know how to stop all junk that comes up on it,if you guys could do new setup on mine i would be very happy,i have a samsung,i dont know where to go to take my phone to for help ,,,,i am not teck savy i would rather have aflip phone talk and text thats all i do

Easy, understandable english speaking customer service. No long wait times. reduced price, by a lot. Importantly my reception and coverage improved markedly. I switched from the company that advertised you could call from anywhere and call them from your location; I couldn’t because my location where I lived didn’t have coverage after they went to 5G. Very Happy now.

Service just as good as one of the Big 3 at a fraction of the price

I wish I would have changed along time ago. I got the 29.99 lifetime deal for me and my wife. And we are VERY satisfied with the quality service and price. We're saving a little over a hundred dollars a month.

I am getting coverage and service at a much better price than I was getting from Verizon and the customer service was really good.

Voice mail goes to carrier instead of my iPhone. Support didn’t help me move it back. I do not like having to dial carrier, go through the menu tree, etc. etc. I want it on my iPhone so I have messages tied to my contacts where I can read or listen

I was stuck with Verizon for years with a several hundred dollar per month bill for 4 phones. Finally I moved to T-Mobile for a more reasonable rate on 4 phones, however; when the time came to cancel and move 2 of the phones to their own lines (children) all of a sudden the cost per month tripled even though there were only 2 phones left. Cust service with T-Mobile was useless. Moving to Puretalk was seamless. I ordered a SIM card for the remaining phone (3rd phone was moved), put in a T-Mobile request to move my number online. When the SIM card arrived I installed it, activated Puretalk, initiated the number transfer and like magic it all was done. This all took place over the web without talking to anyone and took less than a hour. Could have taken less time than that but I was slow and cautious making sure I was doing all the steps correctly and in the correct order. I was so happy that I didn't have to talk to a T-Mobile customer service person for 2 hours and not get anything done.

Much cheaper than Verizon. No change in coverage.

Dependable service. I have notice my $30.00 a month "Unlimited service" has increased to $33.07, a few cents each month. Why?

By far the best customer service I have ever had and I am 66 so I have had to talk to a lot of CSR'S

Easy transition, from att and much less expensive. Had issue with block on my phone, customer care helped resolve that and a group text issue I had

It's been great so far. The level of service is actually better than tmobile and at much lower cost.
