Pure Utilities have been beyond helpful and prompt in their response to any queries we had. They strived to provide the best deal and service and it was very much appreciated.

I was dealing with several enquiries about my account and Paul took me through them one by one, listening to the issues with patience and understanding despite me being at the other end of the spectrum regarding phone communication capabilities (marks out of 10: Paul = 10; myself =1). Within 5 minutes he provided solutions to all my problems and kindly waivered the debt collection charges incurred due to the postal letters going astray (now solved with email billing). Thank you, thank you Paul, you made everything so much easier to deal with!

We are a small self catering business transferring from council tax to business rates and had difficulty in finding a water company who were interested in providing service.

Having worked throught the complexity of registering for charity relief in 2023, the procedures have settled down and run very well. The annual epplication for exemption is in place and the work done on our behalf is much appreciated.

Everything is dealt with on our behalf. We are a charity and qualify for exemption. This means we dont have to worry about it.
