I was dealing with several enquiries…
I was dealing with several enquiries about my account and Paul took me through them one by one, listening to the issues with patience and understanding despite me being at the other end of the spectrum regarding phone communication capabilities (marks out of 10: Paul = 10; myself =1). Within 5 minutes he provided solutions to all my problems and kindly waivered the debt collection charges incurred due to the postal letters going astray (now solved with email billing). Thank you, thank you Paul, you made everything so much easier to deal with!

We are a small self catering business transferring from council tax to business rates and had difficulty in finding a water company who were interested in providing service.
Then we found Callum McCarthy at Pure Utilities and he dealt with everything related to getting service established super efficiently. No hesitation in giving five stars for service received

Charity relief
Having worked throught the complexity of registering for charity relief in 2023, the procedures have settled down and run very well. The annual epplication for exemption is in place and the work done on our behalf is much appreciated.

Great people, great company
Staff are really great. Debbie Clarkson in Finance is a real gem of a person, so professional and personable. She was really considerate and found a solution that helped me through a crisis situation. So grateful, she is a real star in the company. Also Debbie in Customer Services was very patient explaining everything to me. It is rare to find such great people that really help and value customers. I can recommend this Company and their team, first class.
